Well, its actually me. I've been pissed off for awhile, but I recovered,
and found a decent FFA. Oh, I want you guys to vote for a new award, you
know? Vote for the newest award in the comments section, and I'll choose
the coolest award you guys put out. I'll give you credit for it too.
Well anyway, to begin, I'll show you a game of archon tag that I played
first.
Heh, stuffs happens. Well, lets get on with the FFA. Hope you enjoy it.
Let me introduce the players to you...
Mattzarella- He was red zerg here. He is a
pretty good player. I don't know much about him, because he was
quiet. -RED ZERG-
Flonase!- This guy is aggressive. I see him a lot
on d2 :( -TEAL TOSS-
Mistarknight- I know this person well, he's a
good friend of mine. He has good skills. cool person too.
-GREEN TERRAN-
Micro)machine- Complete stranger to me, but he did
alright. -PURPLE PROTOSS-
Okay, sorry if my explanations sucked, I don't know these people well.
Oh yes, I am protoss in this FFA. Now we begin.
After many gay FFAs, this one is played. No player rushed in the beginning,
they all wanted tech and mass.
Sabotage didn't
tech, instead he made about 5 cannons randomly placed around his base.
Also, he was curious to see what was going on,
so he sent a probe scout
to Mistarknight's
base, where he found an SCV coming out. The probe immediately fell in
love with the SCV, and started chasing it. After a few seconds, they
ran into
Flonase!'s sunkens.
Flonase!, being a
typical zerg, moved his overlord north of his base, where he found
Micro)machine.
Well,
Micro)machine
quickly advanced to the cybernetics core, and with his double gateway,
makes a dragoons and a zealot. They attack the defenseless overlord.
Flonase! isn't
going to let
Micro)machine get
away with that, though. He brings his pack of zerglings and runs into the
probes, with dragoons following, and killing about 3 probes.
Then they scratch the nexus.
Micro)machine's
dragoons had finally caught up to the zerglings after the nexus was at
400 sheilds and made the zerglings into pie
filling.
Okay I admit, there is a touch of gayness to this FFA.
Mistarknight
had 3 barracks pumping marines for the last minute, as well as 2 medics that were recently
made. 13 marines and 2 medics makes
Mistarknight very confident,
so he heads to upper right not knowing who is there.
In the game, I didn't quite understand why
Micro)machine was saying "GAY
DOUBLE TEAM GAY OMG", but I sure know now.
Mistarknight's marines find
a purple protoss base. The marines attack
Micro)machine's base without
hesitation.
The marines lost 9, and the six-man protoss army was defeated. (protoss army was 3 dragoons, 3
zealots.).
Micro)machine uses the emergency probes,
and survives.
More gayness up ahead. Micro)machine
had to rebuild his army, but he lost no buildings, and his probes are back onto mining.
Just as he was settling back into the old routine,
8 Flonase! zerglings start attacking
the probes!
Micro)machine starts two HT, and
distracts the zerglings my warping in photon cannons.
By the time the archon was done, only a few probes had survived. Jesus Christ.
Micro)machine was in a horrible
condition after those THREE attacks.
Okay, what have
Sabotage and
Mattzarella been up to? Well,
Sabotage grabbed the lower middle
and photoned it, and
Mattzarella grabbed the center of the
map.
Micro)machine recovered quickly from
all the attacks earlier on. He stocked up on archons, currently four, and is ready for
any gayass attacks.
Mistarknight, wants more gayness.
He assumes that
Micro)machine is weak as hell,
and sends his troops right in. Note: While he was attacking,
he started a command center at upper mid expo.
The marines and tanks and medics engaged the archons in face to face combat. Archons
tend to kick ass, and they did here. 3 archons died in the process of killing
Mistarknight's army, leaving one
archon left with the responsibility of defending a whole protoss base.
Micro)machine has amazing recovery skills.
He made a few new photons to help out the archon, and continued with teching.
THE BATTLE SHIFTS TO THE AIR
Flonase! was teching hardcore.
He just finished his spire, and he was halfway done with his hive. He spawns a
good number of mutalisk for attacking. When he did attack, he went straight for
Mattzarella's expansion, and killed the
drones that are there. the expansion died. Then he moved on to
Sabotage. At the sight of the
cannons and dragoons, the mutalisk ran.
Flonase! is intent on killing
Sabotage. He has his greater
spire going now, and he's making even more mutalisk three at a time.
When the hatchery is done, all of the drones from
Flonase!'s main move to the expansion.
He makes a few colonies for defense, and gets his resources very high.
One by one he morphs the mutalisks into guardians, and prepare for the upcoming attack...
Up in the north, another attack is waiting to be unleashed.
Micro)machine had patched up the
leaks, and went on the offensive. He made a few zealots, and filled a shuttle with dark
templar. He moved the templar north of the upper middle expansion of
Mistarknight.
Mistarknight has no clue what is going
on, and keept his army at his main base.
Micro)machine made another zealot, and
was ready for the attack. The zealots ran in and attacked the bunker head on. Meanwhile, at the
mineral line, the DT's were unleashed and they smacked up the SCVs. The zealots and templar did some good
damage on
Mistarknight, but
Mistarknight sent in his huge-ass squad
of m&m from his main base, and expelled the protoss from his expansion.
The zealots fought back, but they were all stopped by the awesome firepower of the marines.
Going back south,
Flonase! had all his crap together.
Without thinking, he besieged
Sabotage's lower middle expansion.
Sadly,
Flonase! forgot his air defense. He
didn't expect
Sabotage to have air, but
at his base, four starports have been making scouts and corsairs for a while now. The corsairs
were already at the expansion, and they shooed the guardians away with their little blue shiny
weapons.
Flonase! must have felt pretty foolish right
here,
but he retreated to his
lower right expansion, where he began morphing devours.
Sabotage decided that the guardians were the
last straw. He gathered all his units together, and blocked the entrance to lower right.
Sabotage threw everything he had at
that poor little expansion.
The guardians and 4 devours were no match for the huge uncountable protoss mass coming their way. The
corsairs got to finish the guardians off, while the dragoons and scouts killed the colonies that
were franticly attempting to defend the expo there.
Flonase! lost all his drones right here,
and got pissed off. He had nothing except for a hive. He decided it was too much, and he left the
game.
At this point of the ~Nohunters free for all, everyone was a little burnt out, but you
know you forgot something right? Well,
Mattzarella found the time to take the
center again, and create a huge-ass army! While he was making his zerg units,
Mistarknight was planning the elimination
of Micro)machine! (I know this is so
sad)
Mistarknight made a few siege tanks, and
lots of m&m. For the last time, he attacked
Micro)machine. Gayly,
Micro)machine had been through so much
abuse, that he had nothing left. Only a few archons and a zealot countered
Mistarknight's force. After they
were killed,
Micro)machine gave up, and sats as a
neutral player for the rest of the game.
The Climax
Mattzarella's money goes way up, and he
is finally ready to attack someone. He compares strength, and decides that
Mistarknight is a bigger threat than
Sabotage.
The red cracklings are flooding into
Mistarknight's upper middle expansion. The
scvs are drowned in the tide, and no building was given a chance to liftoff.
The swarm the moves on to the factories. Tearing them apart like wet paper, and they killed the
tanks that were there.
Mistarknight had better do something fast.
He collected a few marines and his 2 medics, and kept them at his main base. The huge zerg swarm
had suffered a few casualties, and attacked the main base in lesser force. The marines did a
very good job of surviving, and they managed to stop the swarm right there.
Mistarknight is prettymuch dead, so he
won't be significant from now on. The fight has narrowed down to
Sabotage and
Mattzarella.

Sabotage attacked the center expansion
of
Mattzarella immediately after the killing
of
Mistarknight, with dragoons.
Mattzarella easily countered the dragoons, and
they suffered a horrible death.

Mistarknight uses the last of his strength
to make a small Medamarine attack force, and he attacks
Mattzarella from behind.
The attack was miserably crushed, and
Mistarknight gave up. Three down,
one to go.
Sabotage went all-out scouts, because he
thought
Mattzarella was making cracks. Well,
sadly,
Sabotage sent one control group of scouts
to hit and run
Mattzarella, but they fell into a trap of hydralisk.
Sabotage the colonized the lower right
expansion and made gateways in hope of getting zealots in time.
He was just starting to get zealots, when
Mattzarella came in and attacked.
Sabotage desperately sent his scouts to
counter Mattzarella, and all was lost when
they died.
Lessons:
1. ~Nh FFA is gay no matter what for at least one player.
2. Always scout you opponent, and find out what they're doing
3. Never mass scouts against hydralisk, I was stupid enough to do that.
4. Never take a crap during a game, because I missed out on a lot of scout/zealots building that cost me the game
