I haven't been there for 1 full year now and my butt is itching to get a feel for the new rides. So i got a season pass and decided to go. I drove last time me and my friend mike went...so it's his turn. He has a 1999 Civic EX with most of the features including sun roof. We decided on Tuesday night...the night before we went...that i would go over at 8 am to get a good start off.

Wednesday 7:30 am

My alarm wakes me up and i rub my eyes. The first view i get is my side wall where the Sports Illustrated Calendar is placed. The little skimpy outfit on Ms April gets my day going every time. Boy there are some sexy picture in that Calendar...especially the ones that are DRAWN ON...but we're not here to talk about half naked girls...cause i can go all day about them...i'm here to talk about the TRIP.

I go in to the bathroom...go through the usual preparations such as PISS, wash hand...brush teeth, wash face, deoderant, cologn, and the HAIR GEL. Right as i open the bathroom door...i realized something, I'm still in my SHORTS and TAN TOP. DAMN forgot to put on cloths...hehe. It happens sometimes..i was in a rush...8 am remember, it's almost 7:55 already. SO i struggle to put on my Lucky's WIDE jeans...which is way too long and way too big. I throw on a T shirt, as well as an addida Silver/white silky shirt that looks like the soccor uniforms. Ah i don't know how ot describe it...all i can think of is NICE. hehe.

I jumped in my car and drove to mike's house with like 5 seconds to spare...after a short discussion we were on our way. He had to get gas and i had to look over the directions a bit more...but soon we were on our way..AGAIN. 8:30 we got on the 210 freeway heading west...i live near Pasedena California...you know where the Rose Parade is held every year...and i had to get to a city 40 miles away. As we enter the ramp, 2 large 18 wheeler stuff the front of the far right lane on this 4 lane freeway so the traffic heading up was a little rough. It was also morning rush hours so it was a bit crouded more than usual. But i had a idea up my sleeve...CAR POOL LANE...muahahahaha. We got 2 people and we can enter...most of the cars are single driver car anyways..cause they going to work. But as Mike's little 140 horse powered White Civic cut through 3 lanes to get to the fourth regular lane...just before the double yellow barrier that stands between us and freedom...a surprise awaited us. Traffic in the car pool lane was just as bad. Cars in there were going 55-60 but the cars out here were going a good 50 already...so we didn't find the need to go in. We had to change freeways anyhow so we ended up cutting 3 lanes to the right and await the sign. SAN FERNANDO...that's it...we head out that way.

As the Civic push 85 mph as well as 3600 rpms a beautiful red Honda Prelude passed us going at a much higher speed. The car had a full body kit as well as a rear spoiler and nice 17 inch rims. That baby was pretty fast...but my celica can beat it...i think...hehe. We follow the prelude a bit...since he lead the way and we wouldn't be caught if there's a cop...He's like the partner that gets the double 6 pool rush...if anyone's going down...he's going down first. Well no cops today...unlike last time we went...i drove 115 on my camry and got busted...cop gave me a break and let me go with a warning...but that was SCARY...115 gets you swarving fast...if your not careful.

Anyways...10 minutes pass and we're well on our way. The traffic is much lighter now...since we passed through Pasedena where most of the car headed...and we're in a mountain area. At on point...there were no visible cars going at our direction from the front or the back...that tell you how much cars are on the road and how fast mike was driving...it was about 90-95 at that point. A Civic is not made for that kinda of driving cause it's a light car and will float...but with me...205lbs...it's a bit better. We approached a few cars pretty quick. The one that caught my eye was brown Camero...not that it looked really sexy or anything...but who in the world drives a car like that and goes 60 mph on the freeway. A old guy with a beard was in the driver seat...ah what did you expect...a fine blond with 36-24-34. Haha, i wish.

It's about 3/4th way through and we approach the first challenge. We have been driving recklessly for the past 30 minutes or so at speeds of more than 95 mph. No one has followed us or raced with us yet...so it's been a peaceful day. But a nice little white Mercedez CLK 430 approached us from the right lane. We were at the farthest left lane...on this still 4 lane freeway and the CLK came in from an entrence...and raced up to us...on the third lane. We were going at 95+ and more than 4000 RPM...and to the CLK it's so effortless. Oh well we'll give HER a little race for her money. We speed up fast...to almost 105...for a Civic that's as high as it will go without seriously hurting the car...but the Mercedez...with it's 4.3 litre v8 engine...easily out powered us...estamated 110-115 maybe...it cut in to our lane and speed up even more. At that point i said "Let her go, we can't beat a F***ing CLK". Damn she was about 25 or so asian. Had a bit of make up on and looked pretty good. She had a passenger...seems to be also female...but when you drive at that speed...and with her Tanned windows...you just can't see anything.

Well she passed us and soon disappeared but we're almost there anyhow. One more freeway change and we see our exit. Magic Mountain Way. YEAH...we're there...i didn't eat anything yet and was really whinning like a little Biatch but mike didn't give a damn and just drove past the Wendy's Fast food. We got in to the park...and waited in the long line...for our parking permit...but it didn't move. The big electrical board said "park hour for today...10 am- 8 pm". DOAH. It's only 9:15. We argue about leaving the park and going back to the Wendy's but the line started moving so we ended up in the parking lot at about 9:30. We were the 14th car there...woohoo. Good space with a short walk...and the only thing that stands between us the the hours of thrill is the damn closed GATE.

~sigh~
