Map:Killing fields (they don't call it that for nothin)
Me: Zerg, top left
Partner: Limpling, Toss (mid/top right)
The Rest: Other players I will never be able to recall in my mind. Terran Turtle, Two guys with "muppet" in their name, come to mind. If any of the other players read this...tell me your name, what race you were and what happened to you in a comment. That would be cool, because this game was huge. Sorry no pics...blast it all.

Early game: I should have gone for a 10/9 double hatch, but I went with the safter 7 pool, because I wanted to stay in the game and not get rushed early on. I made quite a few lings for early defence while getting early gas as well. I planned on getting hydras quicker than most. I got two hatches goin and started pumping them like mad (While getting the normal hydra upgrades). My partner and I were cursing our distance...but what can ya do? I scouted to my 6 with a Lord right away and found a toss main. My first target. Limpling tried an early expansion...but it was crushed by an unknown marine force. Grrrr. Meanwhile...he was pumping goons and Zealots.
I decided for a quick attack on the toss guy (one of the dreaded muppet boys) to my 6 that was scouted earlier. I was coming from behind his minerals...so I figured I had the element of suprise. My hydras arrived just as two cannons were warping in...I forced him to cancel them. He then drove me off with a few zeals. I decided to regroup and attack again. This time I was more sucessful. I really had to kick him outta there as it was only minerals/gas expansion near me....and I was craving to expand. His zeals rallyed to defence again..but i was too much and overran the base. My hydras were quite depleated though and he had awkward cannons that prevented me from finishing it.
Just if you are wondering....this is still early game...the game was 2 hours long :) .I brought in lurkers and took out the rest of the base by killing off the pylons giving power to the cannons. I now had my first expansion...and I earned it damnit. That base was pain in the ass to take. Good ol Limpling took back the expansion he lost in the start. They crushed it in the start but nobody moved in. I think the terran that killed Limp's early expansion was eliminated soon after. Now mid game starts. Feel free to take a bathroom break and grab a snack.

Mid-Game:Ling discovered a main brown zerg base below his and made plans to take it. I started to go air after I saw saw browns mutas. I was still wondering about the Toss guy I destroyed early on as he did'nt leave the game. I had about 9 mutas and my partner got Observers to scout the map...we were begining to own the top of the map.
One of Lings observers reported that my old toss foe had made two expansions on high cliffs at mid top and top right. He must have made them at the same time as they were just litte expansions, just getting started again. I sent my mutas in and killed both. He was asking me to leave a pylon..and joking at fisrt I said..."Sorry can't, it's in my nature to eliminate". His partner from way across the map...sent up Valks to destroy my one harassing unit. I was always gonna let him live...but my bad on joking to kill him. Either way...the Valks left as I'm sure he was engaged in battles of his own. If you do read this Muppet...I was always gonna let you watch :) . Back to the report...My partner and I split up the two expansions...good gain for mid game on a map that was quickly becoming packed.
My partner decided it was time for the brown zerg to die. He sent everything he had...and after two waves of attacking...finally took the base with observers to spot the lurkers and mega dragoons to finish up. At this point...Limpling had 5 or so expansions and I had 3. I really had to earn mine. Our control expanded as an "L" shape...from my top left...to top right...to almost bottom right. Distance was really taking a toll on us now...Lag was bad, and I play real bad when lag is bad. Everything takes so long to do...you just wanna say, "Screw you guys...I'm goin home!". I made 3 hatch by his base closest to bottom right as I would need guys there quick to defend his base from what was yet to come....these are the dark parts of my story where many epic battles ensued to a deadlock.

Late game: Ling and I were now up against a red Zerg and a Teal Toss (Who owned the bottom right expansion). Our dreaded foes were in the bottom middle of the map...and a Lone Terran was at bottom left. This terran was alone as I took out his partner long ago. Everyone else at this point were either dead/gone/watching. I thank him for the resistance he must have given to the evil zerg and toss at bottom middle.
Many times the evil duo of zerg and toss attacked Lings base...but we held them every time....it was real close a few times. I remember seeing at least 7 d-web and 4 or 5 psi storms hitting the map all at once. This brought lag to an all time high. Ling fought them off with goons, DT, HT and Corsair while I fought them off with hydras, lurkers, mutas and devourers. They were using cracklings, zeals, goons, scouts, Cosairs and Carriers. I won't even begin to explain these many epic battles...but let's just say were the worst I have EVER seen. We were in total deadlock. I would attack his bottom right expanson every now and then...but psi storm and carriers drove off the attacks. We were mined out and had enough. Those battles were very costly to us as well as our opponents.
Ling and I decided to call it quits and they agreed to let us have shared vision. Everyone was hurtin for minerals...Ling and I could have fought longer...but we never could have amased enough fire power to win the game.
Our once deadly foes of zerg and toss won the game....but not after the lone lerran really put up a fight with many BC's (Ling and I agreed that we were glad we never had to deal with them). The BC's finally fell to Psi storm and carriers. That is the end of my story...I'm sure many other battles took place, but I never got to observe them :( . Ling and I did well in taking over a good part of the map and killing off a guy each during the game. But, Those deadlocked battles were just killers for us. BTW...The lone terran said he was gonna write a report on this battle at Starcraft.org...He got pics too. If ya see White Zerg...that's me! Later
