Lifetime Rating for [IceBerG]: 6.5600 |  | Well after reading the other zerg vs zerg report, I am forced to submit an experience I had a LONG time ago.
I chose zerg because as a semi-newbie I was trying a new strat that I thought would be "cool." He started at 12 with me spawning in at 3. I can't remember the exact details of the game, I apologize. There were a few battles, but nothing too significant and we were both holding the other's expansion attempts at bay. I upgraded to lair and once my spire was finished, I began my "cool" strat.... SCOURGE!!! I built up quite a few, maybe 24-30, and sent them all out. Well I hit the jackpot and killed about 8-10 OLs and was feeling pretty good. My thought here was to set him back on troop production. Well as I razed his base, he sent a tolken force to try to defend, but that was easily dealt with. As I continued to raze his base he informed me where troops were. He had just loaded up 36 or so hydras into ols... unfortunatly for him, those were the ols that went down to scourge. LOL, looking back I cant believe I tried this, let alone... it worked. Suggestion for the newbies reading this... "Don't try it, save your gas for other things!"
