Start Game :
“ The Flying Muteys Vrs. The Slow-Ass Hydras “
The game starts well, I find myself at 6:00 and send my Lord to 9:00, the good fellow
finds Vader doing what appears to be a DH(Double Hatchery)I hang my Lord and
notice Vaders Lord just sitting right where they normally start.
Since I know Vader is going to DH, I decide to do the same.
I do my normal DH build : 9 drones, Extratactor, Creep, Creep and then 3 more
drones Then I cancel my 3 Buildings and continue mining until I have 300, I DH to
my natural, while I notice something strange.
Vader has built another Hatchery right next to his main instead of building at his
Natural.
My Spawn Pool go’s up about 30seconds earlier due to having 3 more Drones than
Vades.
My EXP is up and running at full capactiy and I have my Lair. With my spire 1/3
done, I send a group of 6Lings on a scouting/suicide mission which is very successful,
I find out that Vader is going for Hydras, Hydras, Hydras, Hydras and nothing but
hydras except for the odd Lurker lurking here and there...
I’ve got 4 Sunkens at my EXP + 9 Muteys, he go’s all out against my sunkens leaving
my Mutes to give away free hits, it looks bad as my sunkens go down, I burrow the
Drones i’ve got mining there and retreat to hang over my EXP, meanwhile I’ve got
543 Minerals + 300 Gas, and decide to produce 8Lings for some support, I now know
that if I don’t hold my EXP i’m dead.
Mid Game :
He comes at my 4 Mutes+8lings with about 10 Hydras, It looks bad, untill I politely
ask my Drones if they’ll lend a hand, they agree and the Drones start to tip the
balance of the battle my way, after the blood and guts clears, 10 Hydras remain dead
along with 2 Muteys and 7 Lings.
I then put all my Drones on my natural(my main is mined out)and expand to 3:00
natural, meanwhile i’ve built my troops up : 5 Muteys+15Cracklings+5Hydras.
I command my fearsome warriors to venture out to near Vader’s EXP, I run in a Ling
and see all he has is 2 Sunkens and about 7 Lings.
Seeing he has no A-A defence I send in my muteys and wreak havoc on his EXP, he
screams his defiance as 7 Hydras walk down the ramp and start to attack my poor
little Mutes, my Cracklings easily tear apart his few Hydras with backup from thier
flying counterparts.
End Game :
“ The Mighty Zerg Forces Vrs. 11 Drones “
His Drones make one last feble effort to to take down my attacking force, but alas are
cut down but A-G fire.
_DuckVader_ says “ gg “ and we ally.
*Lessons Learned*
Vader Sucks.
I Suck.
Drones aren’t very good Vrs. fighting units...LOL.
Zerg Vrs. Zerg is much more fun than say, Terran Vrs. Terran.
Muteys and Cracklings ROCK!.
