Lifetime Rating for GhOsT~lizard: 5.4493 |   | Today I was looking all over the place for a game. I checked out NH but nobody was there and NWTR was empty as well. I then checked lizz which only had a bot there and went to x17, I asked around for a game and a guy named (+)Bobb55 agreed to play me.

BATTLE COMMENCES:
I went with the usual depot, rax, rax, depot acad build. I scouted him on my 8th peon after he finished the depot,I got lucky and he was in the 1st place I looked he had a gateway done and another warping in. Deion peon got the info and came back without a scratch.
CLOSE ENCOUNTER:
I got 5 marines guarding my ramp when he comes in with THREE zealots. I do some micro, I run my rines around while an scv makes a bunker. I lose 1 but the rest survive and run into the bunker......zealots get smoked. He then rolls in with about 8 more zealots, I lose 2 depots and my rax gets badly damaged but I live losing 2 marines. I make another bunker in fron of my peon lines, my first one in behind my CC.
AM I DEAD YET?:
I scan him and see that he got templar archives...DTs on the menu:) I hastly make a ebay and put up a strategically positioned turret. I also get stim and 0/1 upgrade for my rines. Then he comes in with a force of 6 DTs, 4 goons and bunch of zealots, stimmed bats and rines dispatch them, I lose 8 rines and 4 bats but my 2 medics live:)
I TRY TO EXPAND:
I'm about to expand, I'm making a bunker at the choke of my gimme when another force of zeals/goons/DTs comes in, I stim they fight I win with minimal losses. I keep making bats out of 3 rax, I finally expand and guard it with a bunker/turret and lotsa infantry.
THE MOMENTUM SWING:
Well my rines/bats are chillin' having a cold one and flirting with the meds......you know why you don't put meds in bunkers with them right? Another attack force of zeals/goons comes in I stim we fight I win.....again.
PIMP SQUAD STRIKES...AGAIN:
I comsat and see that he only got 2 zealots guarding his base I send 2 dozen marine/bats/meds down there, I lose 3 bats and kill 4 goons, 2 zealots, a shuttle and a scarabless reaver. He says GG and gets my icq number cuz he wanted to join lizz too.
LESSONS LEARNED:
-Never give up, I thought that I was dead when his zeals came waltzing in on my bunkerless rines.
-Stimmed bats do wonders vs goons/zeals/DTs.
-Terran infantry owns.
-Scarabless reavers suck.
-Terran are cool:)
