Hey guys, what the fuck is up? I finally got this Report done. It is actually a cool story. I told scrapperdog that I was a Reporter and he got all excited and was determined to find me a good game. So shout out to him. Thanks scrapper. Anyway, enjoy.

The map of choice is Lost Temple. scrapperdog and First48Hours begin their mining like any normal person would. At 8/9 Psi, First48Hours makes a Pylon in a rather peculiar spot at his base; the bottom left corner on the edge of his plateau. scrapperdog makes his Supply Depot near his minerals. He also makes his Barracks almost simultaneously with First48Hours's Gateway. The same goes for their Refinery and Assimilator. Both are pretty evenly matched at this point.

As soon as the Gateway finishes, First48Hours makes an early Cybernetics Core. scrapperdog also starts making a Supply Depot near his choke and floats his Barracks over to start to turtle in case of a rush. First48Hours makes a similar move by warping in a Pylon on one side of his choke and a Gateway directly across from it on the other side of the choke.

scrapperdog starts making another Command Center to float over to his natural and start an early expansion. He also makes a Factory with the Machine Shop attachment. First48Hours escorts a Drone with 2 Dragoons to the 12 o'clock main position to get an early game expansion of his own. Both players at this point are neck and neck with units, buildings, expansions, and their overall economies. First48Hours Realizes this fact after doing some quick scouting and tries to surpass scrapperdog by making a third expansion to the 12 o'clock natural.

scrapperdog builds 2 Factories and First48Hours builds 2 more Gateways, both at almost the same time, to strengthen their armies and prepare for the innevitable attack that is coming.

scrapperdog makes the first attempt at an attack by floating his Barracks all the way across the map and landing it right on the edge of First48Hours's 12 o'clock main expansion. He lands his Barracks and starts to make some Marines, to create and attack right from the inside of First48Hours's base. This plan fails almost instantly when a patrolling Dragoon spots it, calls for back up, and chases it away. scrapperdog manages to float it back before First48Hours can completely destroy it.

The first real offensive move is made by scrapperdog. He brings 7 Tanks and a Goliath to First48Hours's mineral only expansion. He seiges the tanks out of range of the Photon Cannons and begins his attack. His first target is a warping Nexus, which he destroys without a problem. The problem comes when First48Hours gets his Dragoons to the attack and tries to fight off scrapperdog's Tanks. First48Hours is completely overpowered at this point, falls back and is forced to let scrapperdog continue on with the destruction.

After his first attack succeeds in razing the 3 o'clock mineral only expansion, scrapperdog proceeds on to First48Hours's 12 o'clock natural to try his luck at that. He is met by the opposing forces of First48Hours 's Dragoons. These are easily destroyed by seige, and First48Hours finally realizes that Dragoons are going to work at this point. He starts mass production of Zealots at his main, and once he has a nice sized army, bring them around from behind and takes out the Tanks that the Dragoons fell to. First48Hours gets the taste of victory for about 5 seconds, before it is slapped out of his mouth by scrapperdog who brings in another army of Tanks and Goliaths.

At this point my fellow Observer left the game and I was left by myself to watch the insanity. First48Hours is back where he started with this battle; overpowered and forced to retreat further into his base. He rounds up units from both his 12 o'clock main and his 3 o'clock main and attacks scrapperdog from front and back. It succeeds, but scrapperdog comes back again with more units.

First48Hours starts teching some more, finally, with a Templar Archives and brings out Dark Templar that start tearing shit up like crazy. THIS finally ended all of the attacking on the 12 o'clock natural.

First48Hours starts making insane amounts of shit from over a dozen Gateways, including Dragoons, Dark Templar, and Archons. First48Hours takes a huge ass group of units and directs them to scrapperdog's 6 o'clock main expansion and puts an end to it in mere seconds. In an attempt to take advantage of First48Hours's offensive absence, scrapperdog brings his army to First48Hours's 12 o'clock natural expansion and begins taking it apart with a mass of tanks. Once First48Hours realizes this is happening, he rushes his attack wave back to base, in time to save the Nexus and 2 Pylons.

scrapperdog realizes that First48Hours is fighting off Tanks fairly easily, and in order to save money and time, he starts making Barracks like crazy. He starts making a shitload os Marines(which turns out to be a lot of fun later). scrapperdog rounds up his group of Tanks, Goliaths, and his new mass of Marines and starts his little pilgrimage across the Temple, but collides with First48Hours's army going in the opposite direction. A small, quick fight, ensues in the middle of the map, and after scrapperdog emerges victorious, continues his journey.

Just before he reaches First48Hours's base, he is stopped in his tracks by a group of Dragoons and is forced to retreat due to lack of numbers.

scrapperdog takes a quick scan of the 6 o'clock natural and sees that First48Hours is trying to build another expansion. Well, he can't have that now can he? He brings was is left of his army to the natural, destroys it and then moves on to the 6 o'clock main. First48Hours doesn't bother with trying to stop scrapperdog because he feels it isnt worth wasting the time, units, or money, since the expansions weren't doing too well anyways.

Instead, First48Hours just gives scrapperdog the finger and drops some Dark Templar and Archons on one of scrapperdog's mineral only expansions. He kills a few SCV's, but there were units already waiting his arrival which ended the attack pretty quick.

scrapperdog thinks that he has accumulated enough units to end this game and starts a march across the map. Unfortunately, he didn't expect to meet up with about a dozen Templar. First48Hours strategically places the Templar behind his army of Dragoons and Zealots; and 4 or 5 Psi Storms later, 48 had scrapperdog's army pushing up fuckin' daisies.(This is where the Marine mass gets fun; lots of death and yelling) With this latest victory, First48Hours is able to waltz right into scrapperdog's natural with no problem at all and systematically own everything in sight. A quick "GG" and scrapperdog leaves, making First48Hours the victor.

Well there you have it. I hope you liked it. If not, like always, comments are welcome. Peace.
