Yes, thy eyes do not deceive I am attempting a 3 person FFA.  This match was held on Polaris Prime.  The perfect spot for a grudge match.  Along with being long time enemies (SK)johnnybgood and 215homer had been waiting many days for the perfect time for the two greats to battle to the death to find out once and for all who the best of the best was.  When the game was created a young newb player by the name of Suiciderguy with less then 70 wins joined the game and began to sing his lungs out about how awesome he was (sk)johnnybgood and 215homer couldn't resist breaking this young newbs heart and let suiciderguy take place in the battle.  So bets where placed and the no mercy battle to the death began.

Build Orders

 From the beginning I could tell young Suiciderguy would not stand a chance against these high rollers but these decisions where not of my choosing and the battle waged onwards.  215homer continues by surrounding the edges of his base with sporecolonys.  As (sk)johnnybgood builds a hydra den and then a spire.  He begans to mass mutas.  Along with that he sends his first three mutas to guard the expansion he has begun creating at 3:00.  Young Suiciderguy made 3 zealots then realizing maybe it was pointless to make zealots on this map (except for a drop) he created 4 pylons and 2 stargates side by side. 

 As of this point no one had scouted for enemies so no one had any idea of where there enemies where.  All this was about to change how ever because (sk)johnnybgood began sending some of his mutas out to find the enemy. 215homer has been massing mutas and scourges.  215homer sends a few of his scourges around to scout the enemy.  Unfortunately for Suiciderguy both (sk)johnnybgood and 215homer find him first.  Once both the players see how little Suiciderguy has they attack. 

  Suiciderguy had 5 scouts out of 2 stargates and was able to deny 215homers attack.  But when (sk)johnnybgood attacked with his army of mutas Suiciderguy didn't stand a chance and he lost his only base faster then a French whore loses her skirt on a friday night.  This attack also puts 215homer at a 

disadvantage he had lost his entire army to 5 scouts.  215homer quickly began an expansion at 11:00 and sent first three mutas to protect it.  After killing off Suiciderguy (sk)johnnybgood discovered 215homer's base but not his expansion.  (sk)johnnybgood was not able to scout 215 homer due to the fact that 215homers was beginning to fill his entire natural full of spore colonys.  This strategy however may have given 215homer good def but it put him in tough spot on the offensive.

Although the pic above may look as though (sk)johnnybgood had smashed through the defenses of 215homer this attack was turned down.    At this point 215homer seemed to think its now or never and he sent in a 12 mutas from the left side of the map.  215homer's hit and open hole in (sk)johnnybgood's defense and began destroying all (sk)johnnybgoods drones and ruining his economy.  But for some reason 215homer pulled his mutas back to his base

. (sk)johnnybgood pulled back 3 mutas and the rest where destroyed by spore colonys.  215homer quickly began rebuilding his defenses and attempting to get some sort of offense created.  (sk)johnnybgood once again began massing mutas.  But this time seeing that it would be close to impossible to break through air defense of that sort (sk)johnnybgood began making hydras preparing for a drop on the edge of 215homer's base.  (sk)johnnybgood prepared 6 ovies with speed and ventral sacs.  215homer finally began making a few mutas and got about 6 mutas out of 3 hatcherys before 215homer's was attacked by (sk)johnnybgood.  First the mutas hit and took out the closest colonys to the edge of his base.  Then (sk)johnnybgood's ovie's floated in and dropped hell into 215homer's base. 

With no def against ground 215homers main was shredded.  With all of the mutas 215homer had left he attacked (sk)johnnybgood but was denied by 3 sporecolonys.  Sensing the end 215homer did not concede the match nicely and left the game.  Leaving (sk)johnnybgood the winner.

    Ok well there it is my first true battlereport.  I'm proud of it as I'm sure every one is of there battlereports.  I hoped you enjoyed it Oh yeah congratulations CHJ!!!

Early expansions are the key to ffa's.
