Johnny takes the top left, while OLP finds himself bottom left.
The games starts normal enough with both players getting their depot at 8/10. This is where they split strats. While Johnny continues with a normal 10/10 rax followed by refinery, OLP has selected to float. Once OLP gathers up some cash, he builds a rax and a CC to float to his right.
Once OLP's CC and expansion rax finishes, he builds a rax at home. While OLP has yet to produce any military, Johnny has started his factory. The next step Johnny takes is to put his academy up, followed shortly by a starport. While Johnny seems to be building for a drop, OLP has started to get his expansion going and has put some minimal defenses up. OLP, with cash now flowing, first builds a academy, then constructs 2 factories.
With Johnny's starport up, he sends his first wraith scouting for expansions. Unfortunatly it heads in the wrong direction. Johnny begins HIS float now and also adds his starport add-on. Meanwhile OLP has built 2 factories and has now started 2 starports, which has all of us observers a little confused.
Johnny finally finds OLP's expansion with his wraith after quite a trip. OLP has still not built any turrets and Johnny is securing his new expansion with 1 tanks, 3 rines, 1 medic, and is placing some turrets down.
OLP finally has tipped his hand and the observers find he is pumping wraiths. Johnny in the meanwhile has not forgotten OLP's expansion. The expansion is scanned, followed by 2 shuttles. Johnny is greated by a meager 1 turret and 3 rines and a medic. I am not sure exactly what took place, but Johnny is fought off with 2 rines and 2 wraiths left to guard OLP's expansion.
OLP now constructs a science facility, we assume he has nuke intentions. At this point Johnny decides that if this is going to be a wraith war, he will win it, and thusly constructs 2 more starports. Johnny also begins his second float to the island below him.
Johnny takes the initiative to irradicate OLP's expansion. Using a wraith assisted drop he is able to do so. This drop is mainly successful for one main reason. Johnny sends reenforcements whilst OLP does not. OLP is force to float his CC away.
Johnny, now having a dicisive upper hand, begins construction of another float. He then scans OLP and sees that OLP has loaded up a drop and is heading right. Being the meanie Johnny is, he intercepts this with 2 wraiths. Johnny is now playing contain. He stations a majority of his troops on OLP's old expansion (18-22 wraiths+rines+tanks+SV).
Johnny begins his final assault and lands misc. tanks/gols/marines and a ghost onto OLP's main. With mass wraith support, this appears to be over. Johnny decides to weaken the terran stronghold with his patented "NUKE". With the nuke doing quite some damage, Johnny moves in. While Johnny is ravaging OLP's base, OLP manages to escape to the bottom right to expand. Here shows Johnny's only careless move and he loses quite a few wraiths cleaning up OLP's base. But what they heck, he has 3 expansions flowing by now.
At this point OLP asks for time to rebuild (I know he was joking), Johnny'a answer, "Build fast." Johnny begins another "Final assault". Bringing 40? wraiths, marines, a couple SVs, and one lowly SCV... Johnny cleans house, dmaxing the scv of course. OLP lifts to save some time and "gg's" are exchanged.
I meant to do a great report... but I really don't have the time it would take. Good day all... ;-)
