I have taken the task of assembling 'The War Handbook', releasing this rough version due to networking troubles too complicated to list here. Please e-mail me if you live in northern Masachusetts and want to destroy my network, please.

War is a vital importance to the world. It can lead to life or death, safety or ruin. From Sun Tzu:

The art of war, then, is governed by five constant
factors, to be taken into account in one's deliberations, when
seeking to determine the conditions obtaining in the field.
4. These are: (1) The Moral Law; (2) Heaven; (3) Earth;
(4) The Commander; (5) Method and discipline.

There are 7 questions to ask yourself in war.

1. Which of the two generals has most ability?
2. With whom lie the advantages derived from the land?
3. On which side is building an army more rigorously?
4. Which army is stronger, morally as well as physically?
5. On which side are the troops upgraded?
7. In which army is there greater reward and punishment by the land for victories/losses?

By answering these seven questions you can forecast victory or defeat. The generals that follow these questions and his army answers appropriately will win. All warfare is based on these questions and deception. The extraordinary skill with which one conceals his movements and deceives both friend and foe will have the obvious advantage. Hence, when able to attack, seem unable. When using your forces, seem inactive. When near, make them believe you are far away. When far away, have him believe you are near. Then, when he is in disorder from this, crush him. If he is secure at all points, be prepared for him. If he has superior strength, evade him. If your opponent is easily annoyed, irritate him with both spam messages and small raids. Pretend to be weak, that he may grow arrogant. If his armies are taking ease, give him no rest. If he has united his forces, seperate them. Attack when he is not ready, appear when unexpected.

The general who loses a battle will be the one who ignores all thesem rules. It is no greater to follow 90% of these rules than to follow none! Because of these, you can forsee who is likely to win or lose. This concludes Chapter One of...
