(this is my second B report so don't expect a good rating)
When I saw I got zerg, I let out a big sigh. i suck with zerg. Oh well. I sent my drones to the minerals, built another then was about to go set to extra high latency, when I remembered we were on FSGS :)
Ok, I got 10 drones (built an extractor then cancelled)
and then got a spawning pool, another OL, and a creep colony. I was also scouting around with my OL. Then my Spawning pool was done, and I got 4 lings and a sunken colony. After that I got a 2nd hatch and upgraded to lair.
While my lair was upgrading I got an extractor and put 3 drones to it, along with a hydra den as soon as I had 50 gas. When my lair was done I got an evouloution chamber and 2 Spore colonies. Then i proceeded to upgrade ventral sacs and get hydras. About this time a corsair came, and I quickly dispatched of it. Carriers, i thought! I hate carriers, so I was gonna do my anti-carrier strat, defilers and devourers with some hydras and mutas. Ok, with that thought in mind, I got 8 scourge patrolling, and expanded twice. On one expansion i put 6 scourge and 4 hydras there.
Then i scouted him with scourge and saw an opening :) i dropped 6 hydras and 4 links onto his natural expansion and destroyed all probes and damaged the buildings before his carriers drove me off. Then i got a spire and queen's nest, and proceeded to get devourers and mutas. He never expanded more than that one natural :)
I send a queen and parasite one of his carriers, and when I ran it away it was at 6 red:) I still got air and hydras, along with a few scourge and expanded a 4th time. Soon after that I was going to attack, when his corsairs blasted apart my scourge :( I only killed one. Then i sent my devourers and mutas there and killed the corsairs, with no losses because of some nice micro on my part :) Suddenly I saw his carriers start to move towards me. I quickly assembled my hydras, got my queens ready, and my devourers and mutas. I decided I wanted the first hit, so i attacked one of his carriers with mutas/devourers as he comes into my hydras . I then ensare his carriers, trying to get as many interceptors as possible without getting me. Suddenly i killed 3 carriers and i thought i would win! then corsairs came... i lost my main and natural. After that he had no trouble destryoing my expansions, becuase only one was gaurded :(
Lessons-
-I should've gaurd my expansions! even though it would'nt have helped that much. I was hoping to get a better economy than him, and I did, becuase he only expanded once, which i almost destroyed
-Should've gotten defilers, but I forgot!
-I probably shouldved attacked, even though i didnt have much of a force, because it would've distracted him and maybe I couldve gotten more devourers :)
Oh well, that's the end of my second B report...
