While the rest of my report is loading, here's a problem for all the great thinkers out there. If you controlled protoss, and were against terran, consider this :

Your enemy has EMP abilities, cloaking for his wraiths and 4 tanks and 8 marines in those dropships.

Defending the drop point is 1 zealot, 4 dragoons, 2 corsairs and 2 photon cannons. Your corsairs have D-web. Also, any units being made have just started and you don't know about the attack until your photons start firing. Alternatively, you could take the reins of the terran, deciding what you'd do for them. The person(s) who give the best answer will receive a lifetime supply of malt liquor. (Note: Malt liquor may look and taste like urine. This is normal.)
The map, people, is King Of The Hill. This is a good map, severely underplayed. It is not hunters or temple, so everybody should be happy at the non-repetitiveness. This game was to be between myself and a person named Arbano.

We both went random and I received the almighty Protoss in the bottom right position. My nemesis-of-the-moment, a.k.a Arbano, received the not-so-mighty Terran, in the not-so-bottom-right position, bottom left. With 12 mineral clusters and 1 geyser, this looked to be good for my army. Now I must warn everybody now, this game is not as interesting as many others. Hence, the reason why I've added in extra things to this BR. Earlyish scouting proved futile as my probe continually checked out wrong positions. The last spot I checked was my opponent. After getting chased out of the area by an angry SCV, I sent my zealots (4) to kill the SCV mid-chase. Soon afterwards, through the aid of the 12 mineral patches, I had lots of zealots (12) and dragoons (8).

I decided that this would be an opportune moment to attack Arbano. With my huge army (sort of) I ran into his base and started unleashing hell. It's surprising how quickly 12 zealots and 8 dragoons can take out 3 bunkers full of marines. Wait, no it isn't. About this time I realized that the game had been very poor to BR, but all of those screenshots that would go to waste? No. I couldn't do it. I could not delete all of those poor .PCX files. Cute little bastards. *sniff*... ... ...OK, I'm back. Partway through killing Arbano's base, I decided to take some screenshots.

My opponents huge amount of marines scared me for about .0000001 seconds. As we all know, my army > 18 marines without stim. Now, there is only a small amount of words that can be used to describe zealots and dragoons ripping apart a terran base, so I'll refer you to my title image. To Kill A Loser. Yes, Arbano is a loser. Not because he's a cheat or anything like that, but because of "The Great Wall Of Supply Depots" that he used to block out half of his base area from the other half. For this reason, his SCVs could not escape from my slowly diminishing army. If they could escape, Arbano could've expanded when I first started attacking, rather than go out his only ramp exit available to him. The one I was coming down. Having 2 ramps for each base makes this map slightly better than the single-choke maps out there. Blocking off 1 of these exits is stupid, for many reasons. Not the least is that turtles usually die.

The only buildings to escape my wrath were his CC and an engineering bay. Shortly after mopping up the remainder of Arbano's base, I tracked down both buildings. As a sign of surrender (or sheer stupidity) Arbano lands his CC right next to my reavers. In case you didn't guess, it died.

I leave you now with the thought that this is part 1 of a 3 part series. Are you looking forward to it, or dreading it? The next game will be more action packed though (I've already played it, just not modified the screenshots or typed it up yet) so just wait. Oh yeah, respond to that bit at the top too!

This has been a [SM]Strega~F production.
