This is going to suck a little bit, because I wasn't observer in this game, and was concentrating so hard that I didn't take any pics. But I must do this, because I suck and winning is special to me.

The game was 1v1 on Lost Temple. My opponent was bootsy2shoes, he agreed to play me after I had to yell about how much I sucked in ~nohunters. He landed as Terran at the southern-most base and I spawned as Zerg on the left side. He was Teal, and I was Brown.

As soon as I spawned, my Overlord went south to scout, and I almost missed his base, luckily I went right after that to cover the island, and noticed hsi choke defense in the making. My build order went like this, at 8 I got an Overlord, and then got my ninth drone. As soon as my Overlord hatched I keyed up two more drones, when they hatched, one went on minerals, and one made a spawning pool. This means I pooled at 11, yes, 11 control. The pool brought me down to 10, so I made a new 11th drone, as well as a 12th, the 12th went straight to my natural expansion and layed down my 2nd Hatchery/Early Expand, whichever you want to call it. I saved my larva at my main for Zerglings, of which I made six as soon as my pool erupted forth in the usual shower of blood and mucus. About halfway through the mutation process for the Zerglings, a lone terran SCV scouted my expansion, and began attacking my almsot done hatchery. I was OUTRAGED! My Zerglings rushed in and destroyed the nasty little thing, and then perched just beyond my Hatchery which had finished just after I killed the little bugger. I made an additional drone at home, as well as some for in my newly spawned expansion. With the extra drone in my main I made my Assimilator, while keying up 3 more drones to collect as soon as it finished. This next part may seem a little strange to most, but while my expansion was hatching its first drone, I put down ANOTHER hatchery, just below my ramp in that small enclosed choke that my spawn site has between it and its natural. At my expansion I used my first drone to lay down a sunken colony close to my hatchery, and all the other ones after that to collect minerals. Once my 3rd hatchery came into being it begin to spew forth lings which occupied the space around my sunken, while one drone from my expansion nestled himself down a small distance south of the first and turned his cute little self into another sunken colony. I'll pause and make estimates now.

Most of this info came from later attacks so I'm not sure what happened when, but my opponent used an anti-toss build, with his Barraks and two Supply Depots forming a sure fire barrier against my early attacks (not that I did.) He was either playing really badly or he wasnt trying because he only used 2 Barraks and 1 Factory, He began using an offensive bunker tactic, luckily he made a mistake and let me notice his scv as it climbed into range of my wonderful little Overlord, who was perched on the cliff just right of my ramp. I immediately purchased the Zergling speed upgrade, fearing tank pushing. I quick spawned 2 dozen zerglings, which perched near my sunken, so the first shot made against me would call down their full force upon his blockade. Just as I paid for Zergling speed, I layed down an Evolution Chamber and a Hydralisk Den. Once the Evolution Chamber finished I immediately began upgrading my missile attacks, but skipped the Hydralisk Den upgrades until I had about 9 Hydralisks perched behind my Zerglings at my natural. I ran the Hydralisks forward first, and then followed with 24 Zerglings, I encountered 3 seiged tanks, 1 un-seiged, 4 bunkers with full compliment of marines, 1 missile turret, and 2 SCVs which annoyed me immensely with repair. The attack killed all his tanks present, (watch me turn red as one rolls right in just before my vision of the area fades from my last killed unit) as well as 1 bunker, bringing 2 of the remaining 3 to redline.

I became afraid, and pumped more Zerglings from my 2nd and 3rd hatcheries, while making Hydralisks at my main base, also purchasing the Hydralisk speed upgrade, but not range. I began the mutation of a lair as well. Bootsy seemed to be a bit slow... Instead of pushing forward with Marines, Medics, and Tanks like a normal Terran player. He went slowly forward with bunkers, bringing up his tank number and slowly inching them within range of my poor units. I finally got the Overlord speed and carry upgrades from my lair, and then the lurker upgrade from my Hydralisk Den. I mutated 3 hydras to start with, 2 went into Overlords which headed south with 4 hydras, and 1 went into an overlord which worked its way to the cliff which overlords my mineral only natural expansion. I parked him up there, and he began to own 2 bunkers, while my opponent's comments of gay ledger sprang forth. I dropped my hydras in an empty part of his base to the right of his minerals, and then the lurkers behind them. I expected heavy base defense, but encountered almost nothing, I rushed forward with hydras and killed his academy in mid-upgrade of something, while burrowing and micromanaging my lurkers to a huge SCV kill payday. Through some clever micro on my part, I destroyed his entire main base, losing only 1 hydra in the process. It wasn't really that hard, all he had at home was his ramp defense, 2 vultures, and 3 firebats. I left them there and returned to my main, where I built a spire and a queens nest, along with a 2nd and 3rd Evolution chamber. By now my upgrades were 2 missile attack, one armor. I never seemed to have the time to get hydralisk range, mistake? I sent an overlord with 3 drones north to expand to the island there, as well as making some queens while spawn broodling researched. Once my first queens showed up, I perched them on the cliff above my mineral only, my ramp cliff, and I sent one south to see to my hydralisks.

He never seemed to wise up, ever. He dumbly duplicated his tech in his natural expand, and then seiged two tanks, right next to his new factory. Needless to say, spawn brooding was a popular skill at this point, taking out tanks whenever I had the energy. I destroyed his natural expand, thinking it over, while triumphantly parking my queen next to his Command center as my hydralisks chewed away at it until... INFESTATION! Then out of nowhere, to my dismay, came Wraiths, with the cloak ability, they killed my two remaining hydras, and pummeled my infested command center into dust, just a few seconds short of my first mutalisks and an overlord arriving. When they finally got there, I destroyed the spiteful Wraiths with much joy. Then immediately cahnged my mutalisks into guardians at his former main ramp. With these I went right, and found an island expansion, which went up in flames, along with providing me my second infested command center, which I got to keep this time! I went north with them, and more wraiths came and destroyed, but not before my infesting queen could ensnare them, so that they wouldnt be able to catch my command center as it floated home.

I began pumping mutalisks out of all my hatcheries except for the newly finished one at my northern expansion. I mutated a total of 8 guardians on the cliff space above my natural, and kept a total of 10 mutalisks for air-to-air combat. I pushed forward with the guardians, smiling as acid ate into the skin of bunkers, tanks, and marines. However my victory was short lived, ARG! WRAITHS! I had neglected to send an overlord with this attack group, and 5 out of 8 guardians were blown into little bloody chunks before one of my queens ensnared the 5 offending wraiths, which were promptly owned by my Mutalisks. I became angry, so I forgot careful, and went right to check to see if he had taken a new expansion. No, he hadnt. Curious, I went north, to encounter a few marines, and what was left of his tech, 10 mutalisks and 2 guardians were enough to break his spirit, and he left the game. Good Game bootsy.

Note: No drones were ever harmed in the playing of this game, MWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
