"I have to admit I don't know a whole lot about this guy, cept that I obsed a few games with him, in which he's been suspiciously quiet. He seems to be very gm - perhaps a little overly so - and actually destroyed his scvs, floating his CC away over the nearest sea. Meanwhile I opted to scv dance round the closest geyser."

Disclaimer:   I'm not Breeze.  Deal with it.  There's lots of pics too.

Damn man, BRing FFAs is...FUN..yeah kids, try this at home!  Not much to say on an introduction, theres ALOT going on in this one.  So...lets put it this way:

Homer: Hiya Stretch, whats the good word?

Muhaha, fear the teaser pic.  See you won't get it unless you read the rest of the report.  So here we go.

Players, Races, Positions, Map, Blah blah blah, gogogo

Frank: My name is Grimes, uh, Simpson. Frank Grimes. I took the trouble to rememebr your name, the least you can do is leanr mine.

Build Orders

Let me make this clear right away.  Wang turtled like a motherfucker.  He did a 8 Supply, 10 rax, with the building placement close to his Command Center.  He started making rines as quickly as possible, then teched to an Academy.  Necro put down a pool at about 8, then gas.  Soon, he would tech to a quick Lair, and eventually was going for Mutas.  Slip did a standard Hatch at 9-10, then a pool at about 13.  He also got a quick Lair, but not necessarily going for Mutas.

Bill did a Pylon on 8, then gas at around 10, followed by dual Gates.  He then teched like mad with a Core, Citadel, Temp Archives, and Homer: Okay, GrimeyRobo Factory as quickly as he could afford it.  Adrenalings made gas at 8 =\.  Then at about 10 made a pool, followed by a second Hatch.  He was definitely behind on the tech tree.  So basically, at this point, noone was bothering anyone else.  But each players intentions were clear.  Bill looked like he was going to make the first move by dropping.   Being an island map, this would end up be the most effective thing to do if done properly.

And now...

Necro had put down a Spire, and was quickly getting Mutas.  The only otherFrank: Uh, your eating my special diatetic lunch player with air at this point was Bill.  He had made a shuttle, and a few Dark Templar.  Immediately, he sent the dropship to the bottom right position saying "they better be terran".   However, noone was there.  It was the only empty spot on the map.  But this was a good thing for him.  One less threat, and an easy expansion.  So that's what he did.  Got right to the expanding, and went on looking for somewhere to drop.  But on his scouting, he ran into a fresh pack of Mutas, and the shuttle went down.

Homer: Wha? (Annoyed, Frank clears his throat and points to the bag labeled "Property of Frank Grimes.")

Big Unit

Adrenalings had the oddest of everyone's strats.  He had fast gas, fast lair.   And even put down a Queen's Nest followed by a Hive.  It seemed like cracklings (as his name suggests), but then put down one of the more rarer Zerg buildings-Ultralisk Cavern.  Meanwhile, Slip was going all hydralisks, but both players were going for quick dropping capability.  Slip made the first move dropping on an attempted expansion that Adrenalings just put down.  However, he also made a few Ultras by this time, and was able to hold off the small attack.

Homer: A ho-ho-ho, gee, oh, im sorry

So far, things have been going slowly.   Small attacks here and there, such as hydra drops, dt drops, that did little to no damage.  Some players have chosen to expand, some chose to turtle, some chose to do both.  Without a doubt, they all had a decent amount of money to execute the strats there looking for.

Frank: The bag was clearly marked, please be more careful in the future.Alrightt, by the map you can see Bill is taking serious map control, which is very good for a Protoss.  Adrenalings want's the Zerg expansion above him, and is dropping Ultralisks on it to eliminate it.  It seems to be working, so Slip retreats to the middle.  Wang is slowly and quietly taking expansion and teching.  He gets the gas-only expansion toward the middle, as well as the one right below him.  He also is making a move on the top middle expansion.  Necro is slightly worried about the Terrans, so he goes easy on the defense of his top middle expo, and is going to try to take the one below.

Now it's time for Wang's move.  He hasn't attacked or been attacked the whole game up until now.  But soon was going to be the biggest threat among them.  With his gas-only expansion pumping, as well as a healthy mineral cash flow, he techs up to those damn bastard unholy Terran nukes.  His first nuke lands on Necro's expansion at the top middle.  His second hits there as well, finishing it for good.  From then on, however, all players had in the back of there mind the fact that a nuke could land on them at any minute.

Homer: Check. (Homer takes another two bites out of the sandwich and puts it back in the bag)

So now we have the rivalries going. Slip and Adrenalings are at each other's throats.  Slip has weaker, but many more Ultralisks than Adrenalings.   They both have dropping capability, but neither of them have air units besides overlords.  Theres one problem here though.  While the two Zergs are going at it, Wang is right up Slip's ass with nuke, after nuke, after nuke.  So hes going to have trouble doing anything to his Zerg opponent.

Bill was looking to stock up as many minerals as he could.  He was, at that time, the only player to not suffer constant nukes.  He was taking it easy and mass expanding.  He was building up enough minerals and gas to make just about anything the Protoss has.  But he would wait it out until he decided what he had to do.

And then theres Necro.  He had attempted to regain the expansion at 12 o clock, after it had been nuked twice.  But he had managed to get the expansion right below him.  He was going definite Mutalisks, and had built up a pretty good force of them.  None of the players, however, had attacked with their armies.

I think we lost one..

Slip was in trouble.  He was being constantly dropped by Adrenalings' Ultras, and while he was able to hold that off with his Hydras, the Terran opponent above Flanders: Hoemr ive got a Fozzie of a bear of a problem. Y'now, Maude and her mother were visiting Tyre and Sidon, the Twin cities of the Holy land. They must've kneeled in the wrong place and prayed to the wrong god, because, well they are being help prisoner by militiants of some sort.him was harassing him with nukes repeatedly, and there was nothing he could do.  It was like a 2v1.  He was forced to retreat his main, and made a new base in the center of the map.  However, this base only opened opportunities for every other player to attack him.  He struggled to keep his expansion alive, but finally, a group of Lings and Ultras took down its last defenses, and Slip was eliminated, however, all agreed to ally him, and he continued to watch.

Necro finished his army of Mutalisks by now, and when hearing that one player was eliminated, decided it was time to attack.  He sent them to the nearest opponent he had, the mass expanding Bill.  Seeing as he did have many expansions. not many of them were defended to well.  So the pack of mutas easily took out the one right below his main.  Then were proceeding to the next.  But Bill had plenty of time to prepare, and showed us all what he had been hiding after mining all those minerals:

Homer: Militiants huh? Well, if I were you, I'd kick their asses.

Bill's Carriers had countered the Mutas easily.  They destroyed the force, then the Protoss expanded to the same expansion that was destroyed minutes earlier.  The carriers continued into Necro's expansion, then his main, tearing down both easily with about 18 carriers.  He was now the major threat of the game.  And one less player was among them.

With the carrier threat lurking throughout the map, every player quickly shuffled a Flanders: Wwell, any hoodily-doodily, the embassy says its just a routine hostage-taking--but I have to drive to Capital City, fill out some forms to get 'em out. Could you possibly watch the kids tonight?plan together to deal with them.   Wang was pretty dominant to this point with his nukes, but it was going to be hard to hold off carriers with nukes...Adrenalings had a good buildup of mostly hydralisks, which might hold a fair chance.  Luckily for him, heHomer: Uh, gee, I'd really love to want to help you Flanders, but...uh, Marge was taken prisoner in the...Holy Land and uh... wouldn't be the first target.  Wang would be.  He had an expansion in the lower bottom, not the bottom, just a little above.  Which put it directly in the line of the carriers.  So Wang knew this, and decided to make the first move.  Bu nuking the Protoss expansion right below him.  This would hopefully hurt Bill's economy, halting the production of more Carriers.

This definitely did serious damage, as this expansion was one of the more flowing ones bringing in most of the money.  But Nukes take time.   And in this time, the Carriers had made it to Wang's expansion.  He didn't have nearly enough defense to hold them off, so he tried one crazy one in a million thing.  He attempted to nuke the Carriers.

Rex Banner: Are you the Beer Baron?

Yes, as you can see by the comment, Adrenalings interfered in the Nuking.  What had happened is that the Carriers weren't going exactly for Wang.  They had bypassed his base on an attack route to the Zerg.   So the nuking seemed easy, until some of the Zerg units got in the way and took out the Ghost.  Bill seemed to ignore it and continued on his path to the Zerg base.  He did what he wanted, and took out the base quickly.  The Carriers then went out into the map looking to kill whatever they came across.  So lets see how the map looks now.

Comic Book Guy: Yes, but only by night. By day, I'm a mild-mannered reporter for a major metropolan newspaper.

The carriers had just taken out the Zerg expansion above the bottom right position, and headed out.  The first thing it ran into was Wang's expansion.  It had nothing but a Command Center and a couple barracks.  It was taken out easily.  Then the Carrier fleet headed north, running into the Next Zerg expansion that had taken place of when Slip went down.  It had Spore Colonies and Hydras defending as the Carriers came in, so they went in a circle and came from the north, which caught Adrenalings off guard.  The carriers were having an easy time with the small expansion.  The remainder of Necro's forces up top are only a Hatchery and a billion Overlords which he had been making.  Word of the attacks had been notified to Wang so he did what he had to do to prepare the inevitable.   In any event, the game looked just about over.

The carriers tore up Adrenaling's expansion, but he was still in there.  It was time.  The Carriers were finally going to take care of Rex Banner: Don't crack wise with me, tubby!Wang and finish this for good.  So what did he do to prepare?  He did the obvious.  A whole big ass load of Ghosts.    ...   ...   Okay, well maybe we'll see some lockdown?   I duno, it was about 20 Carriers now, how many ghosts would it take?  Well he had alot, and was definitely going to try.

The Carriers made there way to him.   Things toned down.  The other obs that was with me left,  gg's were even shot out.......but!  There was one thing we had all forgotten, something that would be a one in a million chance for Wang's survival.  He tried ONE MORE TIME, to Nuke the Carriers.  Would it happen?  Would it work?  Would this be it?   Lets see...

Comic Book Guy: Tubby?...........Oh, yes, Tubby.

YES YES AHAHAHAHHAHS DIE DIED IDED DIE AHKSAH:SJLSAAS AKSJ HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA FEAR FEAR NUKES HAHAHAHAAHHH!!!!!!!@!@!@!@12!@!@@222######

OKAY! The Carriers had been nuked.   Dead. Worthless.  Gone.  Bill was pissed.  But what would happen now?  Its not as if Wang had some kind of giant hidden army of Wraiths hidden to counter.  But Adrenalings however, did have an army that he sent as soon as he heard of the nuke.  It was a drop of Hydralisks that hit at just the right time.  This was bad for the Protoss.  He was able to hold it off with Temps and cannons, but this pissed him off bad even though he held it off.

Marges Table (advertised: Prestles: $1.00)

Although Bill survived the attack, Adrenalings economy had slowed to a halt.  Those were the last of his units.  Wang also had a slow production going.  He Lenny: Uh, lets see...I'll have one...uh...knew that, even though he nuked those Carriers, it was over for him.  He had no expansions, and a lack of tech buildings.  So he decided to do something wacky, build alot of Valks, and take out all the Overlords that Necro had left behind.  Despite all the problems the other players had, Bill was right back on it, making another Carrier fleet to finish everyone.

Before long, Bill had a smaller, but still devastating Carrier fleet.  Wanting sweet revenge, he headed straight for Wang.   But as he went out, he ran into Adrenalings who seemed a small threat with a good number of Hydralisks.   So the Carriers stopped there and tore through the remainder of the Zerg base.   It was then on to the Terran, who was in even worse shape than the Zerg.  So more than likely, this would be the end of Wang.

Carl: Hey, hurry up, I wanna get my pretzel.

Despite a couple of Lockdowns, the Protoss had brought some Observers this time, so no nuke was a threat.  Bill's Carriers dominated.  Ah well, at least they got theirs, they got nuked beyotch AHAHAHHAHAH HSA...bleh oh well....Winner:
