Once more vnto the Breach,
Deare friends, once more;
Or close the Wall vp with our Elders dead:
In Peace, there's nothing so becomes a man,
As modest stillnesse, and humilitie:
But when the blast of Warre blowes in our eares,
Then imitate the action of the Tyger:
Stiffen the sinewes, commune vp the blood,
Disguise faire Nature with hard-fauour'd Rage:
Then lend the Eye a terrible aspect:
And so, a silence had descended upon the land for the once mighty, undefeated, King MuchTooSexy had lost the first battle of the war.
And talketh smack he did not, for in his heart, he knew that to slay the infidel, he must be strong... and silent. The Usurper was to choose the map, and chooseth he did.
The second Battlefield in the fight for the crown would be...
Dire Straits. Hmmm... another island map.

PylonHead Orange Protoss 12:00 aka The Usurper
V.
MuchTooSexy Yellow Zerg 3:00 aka His Royal Majesty
Now if , my dear readers, you recall the first match, you will realize that what we have here is called a role reversal. Our warriors find themselves facing off across the waters yet again. Only this time, the Zerg broods shall be the defenders of the Crown, while the mighty Protoss seek to take the Throne for
PylonHead.
Even though the race matchup is the same, the build order varies
from the first match. PylonHead begins by placing a pylon on 8, followed by
an assimilator on 9. When the assimilator finishes warping in, 3 probes are set
to mining the precious gasses while nearby a Gateway is in the works. MuchTooSexy
builds
an extractor on 9 followed by an Overlord and a second Hatch. A
cybernetics core is soon warped in at the base of the Usurper
while the King has
set a drone to morph into a spawning pool while simultaneously upgrading both his
hatcheries. He quickly follows with a Hydralisk Den. When the Cybernetics Core
finishes warping, PylonHead starts a robotics facility. That is quickly followed
by a support bay and a
forge. The race is on to see who can drop whom first but as we all know, the
Protoss have this race locked up tight.
As soon as his first shuttle is ready,
the Usurper
picks up a drone and shuttles him to the nearest island which just
happens to be the island separating the royal contestants. The shuttle continues
south quickly locating the zerg main. Unfortunately, this tips off the King
who
morphs in a sunken colony and decides it might be a good time to start his hydra
production.
The
shuttle flies back and picks up it's deadly cargo. A Reaver is dropped with a
Dragoon thrown in to act as cannon fodder. The Dragoon wanders off (as they are apt
to do) and is quickly slaughtered by some defending Hydralisks. The Reaver gets
off one scarab at the sunken before he is wisely picked up and shuttled to a
little safer area. The Reaver then valiantly destroys some more Hydralisks before jumping
back in his shuttle and high tailing it out of there. Knowing
he must now brace for the retaliatory strike, Sir PylonHead
starts warping in a
couple cannons at his expansion. The drop follows almost immediately as 8 hydras
are placed neatly on the edge of the island. The Usurper, expecting this, had
already returned his shuttle home and picked up another Dragoon to help the
Reaver defend his island, what resulted was an extremely bloody battle in which
every soldier died and the last man standing turned out to be a probe.
After
such a close call, PylonHead decides to invest in 3 cannons in his expansion to
try and dissuade the King from attempting another such move. This move ends up
working too well as MuchTooSexy decides instead to skirt the well defended
expansion and drops his next group of Hydras on the protoss main. With the minerals invested at his expansion,
PylonHead just does not have the troops to defend the attack and the King's
bold move quickly turns into a game winner.
Just as in round one, the Zerg
prove to be too powerful for the Protoss clans. Now the war has been evened with
the King's bold win. With such a swift victor and for the benefits of
posterity, we
shall fast forward a few days within a few pixels as our competitors prepare for
the final battle, winner take all.

Preparations have now been made to see who shall wear the
"Crown of Old". The King has gathered up his troops, which number one,
and soon he is heard speaking to himself:
We few, we happy few, we band of brothers:
For he to day that sheds his blood with me,
Shall be my brother: be he ne're so vile,
This day shall gentle his Condition.
And Gentlemen in Elder, now a bed,
Shall thinke themselues accurst they were not here;
And hold their Manhoods cheape, whiles any speakes,
That fought with vs vpon Saint Crispines day.
It is not clear what this St. Crispines day is but the King seems to have
pumped himself up and soon he announces the final map for the tourney shall be
the Evil lands known only as: Ashrigo.
PylonHead Teal Protoss 8:00 aka The Usurper

MuchTooSexy Brown Zerg 5:00 aka His Royal Majesty
For a third straight match, we once again find the troops representing our
warriors in this tournament to be the noble Protoss pitted against the
voraciously reproductive Zerg .
Ashrigo is a map that severely limits the effectiveness of a rush. Realizing
what a strong advantage this can be for the Zerg, King
MuchTooSexy does something
unexpected, he morphs his ninth drone into an Extractor. He follows this with a
second overlord and then he expands to his natural. Since they both went random,
the King has yet to find his enemy and has no idea who he's facing. During this,
PylonHead has warped in a Pylon and a Gateway with a second on the way. The luck
is with King
MuchTooSexy as Sir PylonHead has scouted in the wrong direction and
still has not found the expansion.
This quickly changes.
The King spawning pool has just morphed and he has 2
Zerglings cooking back in his
main but otherwise no troops. The 2 lings rush down and PylonHead, fearful of
more lings showing up, pulls his Zealot back to wait for two more Zealots who
are already on the way. This gives the King time to put down a creep colony.
What
follows is an impressive display of micro on both sides. The Zealots and Zerglings
are being constantly replinished as both leaders have rallied their troops near
the battle. The Zealots are being reinforced two at a time while the lings are
being produced as fast as the larvae allows. The first Zealot becomes 3
as they destroy the sunken and are taken out in turn by the defending lings. Two
more Zealots show up accompanied by a couple probes. The lings backed off and let the Zealots pound on the Hatch until they had the numbers and
rushed
in. The Zealots, in turn, retreated to the top of the ramp to get the high
ground and to keep the lings from surrounding them finishing them off one
at a time before they pressed the attack. Both sides took this time to
regroup. They both knew that this was probably the most important battle for the
kingdom yet and they were both determined to wear the crown home.

The Zealots charged forward
into the fray and were pleased to see their foes in an apparent retreat, but
this was a well calculated retreat feindishly devised by the King
to lure the
Zealots into their ambush. PylonHead realized the distance fator was too much to
overcome and called off the attack rallying his troops to the top of his ramp. Meanwhile,
a quick tech check shows PylonHead now has a Citadel of Adun and is warping in a
Templar Archives, while MuchTooSexy
has a Spire and is quickly gathering Mutalisks. The Mutas are soon sent into the mineral line of the
Protoss and PylonHead has to call in his Dragoons from his ramp to deal with the
threat.
The Mutas decide to harass someone who cant fight back and when the Zealots are
pulled back into the heart of the Protoss main, the two sides once again regroup
for what could be the final battle.

King
MuchTooSexy has a different idea, however and has already sent in more
Mutalisks.
When the lings finally arrive on the scene, there's nothing left of the Usurper
but clean-up. The
King has triumphed! Long Live The King!
The ever joyous King was later taped
by the royal video cameras doing what can only loosely be described as a
"royal strut."
