Lifetime Rating for FaITH[&]HoPE: 2.0000 |  | This report will be unlike any you probably have seen before. This report is about my SC life. The rise and fall of famous clans, and the progression and history of how we start playing sc and some of us fall while others of us rise.
A long time ago I was at school one day talking to my friend Ronny from Belgium. Ronny had boughten this game called Starcraft, of couse I knew about the game and told him about it, but I hadn't yet played it online. He started explaining how fun it was to play online, and how some girl had kicked his butt, but it was still extremely cool. Well I thought it sounded great considering I had gotten bw just a few weeks before for christmas. This is how my story begins.
Soon I was playing games left and right with Ronny. He had assembled a group a friends in our chat room zob and I met some of these other players. Some turned out to be decently good and others not so good. I was astonished at the skill of people to bring out carriers during the games and even rush me. To me being a newbie, these 3 minute rushes seemed amazing.
Next thing I know Ronny wants to start a clan which we called the ]|-|[orde. It started off well when ronny emailed us each of our names, emails, icq's, and other information.
Soon enough, about 2 weeks later the clan was disbanded somewhat. One of the players had to go to college, and another one started playing diablo. The others just didnt have much time to play after that. Then Ronny found an amazing terran player named Metallian. This guy could do 2v1 extremely easily and have 6 nukes going at once. To us his skill was unmatched. Soon later at school I found out that my friend dan was ranked #8 on brood war ladder under the name Bone~Daddy. He usually played against guys the likes of Xd'sGrrrr and Thor. He taught me some things but up to this point I was a newbie.
Soon Ronny had to move back to belgium and go to college. I was still a Freshman. Around the beggining of June, I happened to notice a guy by the name of Slayer~LiZaRd in channel ladder challenges. I remember my friend Dan tellin me about clan LiZarD and how he had played CrazyJim~LiZarD.
I paged slayer excitedly and asked him if I could join the clan. After our game in which he thought I had played well I was finally introduced into the group of more decent starcraft players. I started playing games nonstop, I started falling asleep in school for the first time and staying up till 5 am almost every single night of the summer.
Soon I met my friend Phil9 now [e]Phil9 and we became good friends in LiZarD. Soon after I found out the lames news I'd ever heard. I found out Giggles~LiZarD was a guy named Marc, and that Jim actually liked him. I thought LiZarD was gay and that these people who thought giggles was actually a girl really needed a life. Next thing I knew Giggles said he was in the hospital needing heart surgery and Jim even opted to let me be the LiZarD clan leader along with Moron~LiZarD. Well that didnt work out because everyone wanted thier chance to lead(mainly that gay Laggy~LiZarD).Then Bongo~LiZarD aka. Tiranosaurus came back and wanted to take leadership of LiZarD over. I was fed up with gay LiZarD.
So I left LiZarD and joined a few newbie clans and left a few after beating them to bad, One good clan I happened upon was the Night Stalkers.
But enough of that.
Next thing I met a guy named FunnyHydra. Funny had been #5 on kali at one point(or so he said) and he had told me to join him in clan [P] (Psi Marines). They were pretty good, mostly 1100 plus on ladder but [P]apaSmurf really sucked.
