Lifetime Rating for HolyAnarchy{GK}: 5.8333 |  | I was over at my friends house this afternoon, and he has Bw, as a lot of people seem to. =). He wanted to watch me play a game, so I joined a game titled "1v1 Expert's Please." Well, I'm no expert, but I joined to give it a go. The guy seemed nice at first (more on that later) and selected zerg. Noting the power of a hydra drop on temple, I also selected zerg.
Me: Zerg, Middle Left
Him: Zerg, Mid Right
I started of and decided on the coveted, and deadly, hydra drop. I had abour 15 drones with a sunken and a extractor in my base when 6 zerglings ran into my base. Kinda late for a pool, then I remembered this was custom in the lurker rush build. I quickly made 5 drones and put them on gas when my overlord moo'ed out an alert: Enemy swarm located. I noticed he was sunken heavy at his choke point, but only had 1 back by his hatchery. He was also just starting a hydra den, so I was a little ahead of him.

I finished my den, and then my other hatchery finished on schedule. I made 6 hydras, and ran a drone to the bottom middle starting point, and began an expansion. By now, my lair had finished, and i started on speed. (I'm not as experienced as some on drop, what should you shoot for first? Sacks or Carpace?) Anyways, I moved 12 hydras to my ramp and kept on pumping them untill i had 24, whith range upgrade. Transport finished, and I loaded up all 24 and dropped to the side of his base, horizontal to his now lair. I took out about 12 hydras, 2 sunkens, and a spawning pool before lurkers ran up. Doh'!. the rest were killed, but I had caused heavy damage to his base.
---the follow-up---
I immediatley started a spire, and a nest. Still no offensive, obviously hurting from the attack. I moved another 12 hydras to my choke, then started on a hive. I saved my cash here, and had about 900/1000 when my hive finsihed. I started 9 mutas, then 3 more as soon as more larvae emerged. I saved my gas, waited until the mutas hatched, then moved 3 overlords with hydras and 12 mutas to the middle area. Im morphing my gaurdians when two scourges fly up and plunge into my hydra-laden overlord. An enraged moo escaped it before it went down in a shower of blood. This one's for you, moo cow. I moved behind his natural, where he had expanded, and dropped my hydras in his drones. Guts everywhere! Then, my gaurdians started on his sunkens and hydras, and about 4 lurkers. I moved up the ramp, annhilating everything in my path. I said, "gg" He reponded with a loud string off pottymouth, which i shall semi-quote. "F$ck you you @$$ jamming B*tch Raper!" Sheez. Someones a bit uptight. To my surprise, he didn't disconnect, just left with another string of pottymouth.

o Johnny, for some reason I couldn't acess the site at about 9:40 this moring, at school, which has the dreaded NETSCAPE. It gave me a string off errors, or warnings. Hmm. Out. |
