Things get under way as Slurgi
warps in a 6 while radonn has a hatchery creeping in at
9. ][Praetor][ (or close to that) lifts off his CC while Bob and me sit back and watch the BO's.
Both players take huge risks in the beginning. Radonn Ops to double expand to his natural and mineral before he even gets a pool. Somewhere on the other side is Slurgi who
goes with a 8 pylon, 9/10 FORGE. I kept checking to see if
Talon had slipped something in my drink, but i guess what I saw was real.
The game picks up pace as both players scout each other...but Slurgi keeps his probe at his enemy's choke for some odd reason. Radonn has started hydra production from 3 hatches, but remains at hatch tech. Things seem dead and slow until a notice a small orange blatch at radonn's choke. I said OMG he's cannoning him in!
radonn can't seem to break the cannon wall and has lost his natural and another hatch.
Seeing his dire situation, radonn takes all of his hydras (about 12-
18) and sends them to smash the cannon whore. Just as the hydras depart, Slurgi takes his reaver and shuttle and decides to beat up on radonn's main.
Slurgi's 4 cannon defense begins to fail as the hydras attempt to smash the natural. They almost break through the cannons until....
With his forces destroyed and divided, radonn concedes.
