I started out in channel lizz where I played a couple of 2v2's (winning and losing 1)and then Gundaman and Demonic were talking some smack. They decided to duke it out on temple with me and drakspar as watchers.
Game 1
Map: Lost Temple
Gundaman - Protoss selected 3:00
Demonic - Zerg selected 12:00
Demonic started off by sending his overlord to the 3 o'clock position and rapidly morphing drones. Gundaman spawns the 3 spot and hastily assigned his probes to minerals. Demonic built an overlord at 8 and started a hatchery at the top of his ramp, while Gundaman built a pylon followed by 2 gateways.

Demonic now starts his spawning pool, and soon after constructs a hatchery at his natural expansion, which was a very risky move considering that the opponent was so close and he had no zerglings as of yet. He now pumps drones (when he should have made zerglings), for his up and coming expansion, which he will surely pay for in the next minute.
Gundaman has 3 zealots and sends them off to do some harassment, which is far less than they accomplish. The 3 zealots run into a gigantic force of 2 zerglings and a morphing creep colony on top of the ramp.

Demonic's creep colony has not been morphed into a sunken and his rapidly hatching zerglings are getting pimped 2 at a time. You just can't beat zealots by sending 2 at a time unless....well never. Unfortunately Demonic is forced to send his drones to help in the defensive movement, but drones don't fare so well against zealots unless they have the attack/speed/armor/shitloadofzerglingsupport upgrades, which unfortunately Demonic doesn't have.
Gundaman has 2 zealots home on defensive duty in case some hydras or lurkers decide to come strolling up the ramp, but he finally figures out that they need to be on offense, and sends them in accompanyed with the other 3 zealots for the kill. Demonic has lost too many of his workers to hatch zerglings and hold off the attack, and surrenders. Gundaman didn't lose a single unit, something I have never seen before in any game type.

After this Demonic demanded a rematch, and we were back at it again with the same map and matchup.
Game 2
Gundaman - Protoss selected 3:00
Demonic - Zerg selected 6:00
This time, Demonic made sure he didn't lose to an early zealot rush and built his spawning pool on 8 and a hatchery at his ramp on 10. Gundaman opened up with 3 pylons and a single gateway, which left me and drakspar puzzled to what he was up to with only a 1 gate opening.

Demonic hatched zerglings from both of his hatcheries and Gundaman warped in zealots and probes constantly from his gateway/nexus. Both players start on their gas, and the plans were finally made clear as both players took their naturals simultaneously. Gundaman said he wouldn't rush this time, and those are stong words, which mean I'm expanding so I can make more guys to kick your ass harder than I did last time.

Demonic finally spots Gundaman's expansion attempt and sends over 12 zerglings to try and stop it. They run into 5 zealots and the battle commences. The 12 zerglings surround 2 zealots damaging them badly, but during this fight Gundaman pulls all 5 of the zealots back so that he can fight them head on, which proves to be very effective and loses zero zealots(the zeals would have won that fight either way).
Gundaman upped his gateway count to 6 and has since adds a forge, cybernetic core, and shortly after a citadel of adun. He immediately researched +1 attack and zealot leg upgrades I assume. Demonic has since added a lair followed by a hydra den and spire.
Demonic sends 24 zerglings to attack this time, but is quickly beaten down by 12 zealots guarding the entrance to his expansion base. He retreats about 12 of them just out of range, to let him know when the protoss warriors leave the base.
Upon seeing his zerglings highly overpowered by the zealots he should have put down more sunkens at his expansion, or started working hard on mutalisks. He did neither and began production of hydralisks. Both players have their expansions fully up and running, but Gundaman has a large army of about 24 zealots with +1 and leg upgrade, and 2 dragoons. Demonic now has about 6 hydralisks and 24 zerglings with 1 sunken at his expansion. The zerg forces move toward the middle but are intercepted by the protoss and are quickly cut down by psi blades.

Gundaman's force of zealots and 2 dragoons moves down to Demonic's expansion, who tried to build sunkens quickly. These defenses and reinforcement zerglings are not enough to hold off upgraded zealots and Demonic is forced to surrender again.

Just look at this kill ratio!

Lessons Learned
1. Make zerglings when your pool finishes, zealots are very strong early game.
2. Gundaman was very vulnerable to mutalisks, but for some reason Demonic continuted producing zerglings and hydralisks, not a single muta was made. If you make something make sure you use it. Noticing openings and countering separates the normal from the elite.
3. If you try to early expand as zerg, protoss can counter-expand and kick your ass with a bunch of upgraded zealots before you have high numbers of mutalisks or hydralisks.
4. A shield battery on defense for zealots would have helped but was totally unnecessary. Zealots and batteries and probes will hold off large numbers of zerglings enabling you to grab a quick expansion.
5. My personal favorite lesson, the 5 P's, Proper Preparation Prevents Poor Performance. Gun was not prepared for mutas but Demonic didn't take advantage, Demonic was not prepared for a quick expand->power zeal strat and paid for it.
