This is my rating before I play a Terran vs Protoss matchup.
Quickly, before I forget, I press Alt+q, bringing up the most important part of the B.O. Very carefully, with precise micro, you must click on the big Quit Mission button. Before you ask if you can click on the bottom button, I have this to say, "NO!"
If you get this screen, with of course different players names, you know you have done the B.O properly. Pat yourself on the back and go celebrate for executing it with precision.
If your rating stays the same, like mine has, it is yet another sign that you have completed it with utmost accuracy.
