Lifetime Rating for OrcManiac: 5.1429 |     | I was standing in channel "Nohunters" then i said to myself "bah lets play some ladder for fun.My rating at this moment was 1164. I play 100% terran on ladder cuz i like them and its my best race even tough everyone say that they suck and all.
So i press join and take this game 1150+ ladder.I enter stats the guy.We say gl to each other and he start. I pick terran at the last second cuz i dont want my opponent to choose his race in function of mine.Anyway the guy go random....
The match begin and I was really needing to know what race he was to adapt my tactic cuz i dont 2 rax vs terran, sometime vs toss and everytime vs zerg. Well i decide to gamble make 1 rax 1 reffinery but i send 2 scv instead of one to find him.The guy is zerg ! doh ! i add a 2nd rax immediately but concentrate on scv and some marine.well my scv found 2 sunken pool so im not sure what he is doing. I get my academy fast and scan as soon as it finish. I see lair morphing. I decide to rush to ugly alien cuz he still only have 2 sunkens.I go ine with 6 marines 2-3 meds. I stim kill one sunken then go in his peons but he run them near his other sunken and morph 6 lings i killed some but he kill me.at home i hade built tower bunker at choke and factory so i wasnt worried.i scan again and i see spire and queen nest..i was like wtf he dont go lurks ??? so i decide to attack again with 12 marine 4 meds 3 tanks. i was sure i had send 2 scv(not vessel) but the never came. well they guy had some lurk doh !! i decide to reatreat while teching to sc vessel.I attack again this time with 24 marine 6 meds 4 tanks 1 vessel.i send a lone marine to spot lurk but they were at his base. before i could siege 2 of my tanks disapear ! broodlings !! i decide to continue cuz i still had 2 and i was produncing tanks from 2 factories.the guys had primarily mutes like 8-9 but my 24 marines + med with stim were there for these vile flyers. i irradiate a lurk place my tank killing sunken he throw all he have at me. I killed him pretty easy i hade more than 12 marine and my 6 med and 1 tank so i start destroying his base. I was like ok cool i win its over well i wasnt.While i was destroying his base the guys expanded at 4 place placing sunken and new lurkers to defend. i was like crap i have only 2 base if i let him too much time he will be back fast.i decide to go wraith cuz he have many sunken and some lurk and im tired of pushing with sc vessel( he always try to got them with scourge wich is the best solution)i produce many wraith and some transport.I also expand on my ilsland and in his old main !! the guy had made like 12 mutes but my 10 wraith with cloack and 2 vessel crushed him and i started to kill all his expansion the first 2 were easy but he got spore for the other 2 so i filled my 3 dropship with tank and some marines and finnaly killed him finishing with 24 wraith 6 tanks 3 vessel.The guys asked me where i was getting all this money. I said well i got 4 base....he quit, woohoo i won !! im 1187 now yeppers
thing to remember:
-fast attacking a lurker rushing guy can be good
-broodlings may be a cool spell but 2 factories can keep up with queen at the beggining
-upgrade ur troops particularly defense for terran marine with 1 armor ressit better to lurks and sunkens
