Well me(DemonicNewbie) and my friend PsychoChic decided to check out the stuff we learned from reading a bunch of these cool Strategy guides we found when we went to starcraft webpages by doing a 2on2comps on Lost Temple.
We get in the game and we both chose Terran but then we found out they forgot to make the minerals have more money so I modified the map and made all the minerals and gasses have 50000 in each of them.
Then finally we got the game started. I came out blue terran and spawned on the right while Psychochic accidentally chose random and got gay purple Protoss at bottom left. I built scvs until I couldn't anymore and then had to build a supply depot. And then I built 2 depots and a gas thingie. I built some scvs and made them mine gas and then I made a barracks to make marines.
While this was happening my partner Psychochic couldn't get her fucking game to work right. It wouldn't let her build a fucking gateway and it kept saying she needed pylons even though she had a bunch at the back of her base and her control thing was like 12/45.
When I finnished my barracks all the sudden the computer came with 12 zealots and killed me while my partner died to a buncha hydras and zerglings.
Jeeze they must have been on insane settings maybe? Cuz I didn't even have 1 marines yet and PsychoChic didn't even get to do a gateway, do you need a gas thing first?
We died after 10 minute game and now we're back to reading strategy guides =)
