I start the game out deciding on going heavy metal or somthing sorta like it , after discovering both our enemies were toss. Krone decided on heavy marines( only things he knows with terran) and proceeds to do so. I skimp on my defences early to tech up to vultures, only building one bunker at the heart of my base but not closed in enough. Sure enough just after my 2 factories are complete up come about 7-8 zealots from both sides. Silly enough i had built double machine shops so I could get mines, and Seige,
So in come the zealots and start razing my base, I quick order up a few vultures well dacning my scvs around trying to block the bunker and kill the scvs. About 4 zealots are dead by the time my bunkers explodes and my zealots are quickly torn to bits, But manage to turn one more zealot in blue smoke.
MY Two vultures arrive to save the day and with a bit of microing I finshed off the remaing few zealots.
Right there I thought ok i'm screwed only 50 dollars left and no more scvs, I hasilty start building One scv
well I was building 2 more vultures and upgrading mines. (I thought i would need the vultures) ( forgot to cancel mines when the attack had taken place) I noticed the mines my vultures had and quickly laid them down right in time because 4 more zeals came and were quickly dispatched.
Right after that Krone takes about 20 or some odd marines and medics and marches over to purples base. They raze a newly built expandsion and continue up the ramp to wreck some havoc and do so.
There are about 5 goons and 4-5 zeals which are promply taken out and a cannon warping but after all that fighting with goons and zeals Two remaining cannons finsh the marines, well more dragoons are warping in from Auir.
Krone sends about 5 marines more and attacks, they manage to kill the cyber core upgrading range and halts Purple Goon production for a little while.
Meanwhile back at my base my econemy is back on track and have a few tanks on the ledge. I am building a CC and a starport when...... Quite a few (ranged I assume) goons from Red walk up Krones ramp and start killing barracks and the other odd stuff. Krone stims about 20 or more marines and annilates the goons, due to the fact they were force firing on the barracks ( stupid pubbie ).
I take my natural well Krone takes the island. I got a starport up and drop 1 tank nothing else on purples expandsion ledge. I kill about 4-5 probes and continue firing on the nexus. Well the tank commander hopes there is no shuttles around. Krone scans purple and red due to the fact that I havn't had the time to build a academy Until now and notice purple has built 2 robotics facilties, and red 2 also I think.. I expand to my 2nd mineral natural with another CC after finding out the island is taken by red.
I take my natural and send a few tanks/vutures to defend it , well starting a low ground seige on Purple ,
and star razing his gas, but 2 goonies land on the cliff and reduce the rank to scrap metal.
Seeing how I got the 2 robo facilties , I decided I want more vengence and drop about 4 tanks being gaurded by my tanks. Just as I am doing this Krone decides to drop oh lets say 50 M&M&T on reds base.
Red seems to be about screwed at this point but, Purple takes away krones island and decides to take his natural instead. The attack is going good on red, and he lost about 6 gates and all his tech buildings.
Only one problem His force gets ripped down to about nothing with 2 storms from purples HT reinforments well more goons finsh off the rest of the remaing troops.
I continue with my seige and drop about 4 more tanks since the last 2 got killed and quickly Raze his Gates and Cyber Core Then finally his whole main. At about that time red conceeds, For what reason I dunno because, he had his natural and island well Purple still had, Reds mineral natural, the island, and his natural. I quickly dropped more tanks since I now had 3 Factorys ( woulda built more but was a little low on gas) I then tanked His natural and it quickly burned, like his main.
I then dropped 4 tanks on Purples island and promplty put it outta order. We then Razed his Mineral natural. He says GG and leaves..
YAY I yell as 2 Terran have defeated the much inferioir Race of protoss.
LESSONS LEARNED.......
-Marines Do work pretty good agianst toss.
-Don't Give up. I was sure we lost when I was sooo slowed down but I pulled up and we won.
-You don't always need to have superior Rescource advantage, because Krone only had 1 expandsion at a time.
-Don't play pubbies there too easy(most the time)
-Terran Own Toss
-Always wallin when going heavy metal , Don't Go for just one bunker inside your base. Or your just asking for trouble.
-Terran rock ( did I mention that)
Well thats my report thanks for reading it. I hope it had enough commas this time. OH and It might be a little bad detailed because I wrote it 2-3 Days after it happened and couldn't remember quite everything.
