Quite frankly, I post this report because TT sent me his screenshoots.

After watching Johnny's game with Ralphie, I found TurtledTerran and we tried out his anti-lurker rush on a zerg map such as Styx without a choke point. He tried with different strats until we finally came up with one. I was using Schizo's lurker build.

I was at the top while TT at the buttom. I scout with my overlord heading straight to his base. When my 6 lings was heading for his base, he had a nice wall-in and I cna hardly attack anything. All my lings died despite micro'ing because everything was surrounded by his rax, depot, CC and SCV's. It was the best wall-in I had ever seen. I think all I did was damaging some marines.

Due to my stupidity I forgot to put my overlord save, and he killed it with his 3 marines. Delay my drone production a bit, but not the rush, since minerals was not the deciding factor in the rush.

Anyways, when my hydras were morphing to lurkers, TT yelled, "Perfect turret placement!". Made me wonder. When my 3 lurkers arrived at his base, he got a turret, a sieged tank and a tank in tank mode. The first lurker quickly died as I burrowed the other two as far as I could from the turret beside the mineral line. His turret placement was so good that even at the fringe of the detection range, he managed to detect my farthest lurker and killed them with tanks and marines.

In the end, I won because of the nature of the map: Styx=zerg map. However, I can't break into his well-defend base with any ground (Well, maybe ultras) or mutas. The idea of SV slipped by his mind and the game ended with guardians.

Lessons learned:
1) Well placed structure is crucial for terrans to gain defense advantage.

2) even on maps without a choke point, lurker can be defeated with the anticipation on fast tanks and well-placed turrets.

3) SV is a must for terran vs zerg.

4) locating and dropping zerg expansions with m&m is usually sufficient. My expansions were lightly defended.

PS: Johnny, please delete the previous one. I messed up with the images.
