Ya, m&ms with science vessel support are becoming common now. Lurkers and scourge are the right counters, but you need to use them better. Since he didn't have any tanks, a mass lurker drop(6+ lurkers) on his scv line would have severely hurt him. Putting lurkers on top of his ledge would allow you to kill his refinery, stopping gas income. Once his rescource income has been stopped, expand again and overpower him.
