Eggplants are wonderful things - did this one dish where you cut them in half, top to bottom, then take out some of the inside stuff, leaving kind of a boat shape. Fill the boat with some chopped meat, vegies and spices - bang it on the grill and woop, grilled eggplant boats.

| they have quite a lot of stuff.. garlic is another one I didn't see coming but they have garlic coming out of their asses up here. They haven't quite figured out what to do with it tho, for the most part. They have some funny ideas about cooking. For example, I introduced them to the concept of the philly cheesesteak sandwich the other week. While I was making it, they were groaning in disgust because I was mixing a 'sweet' flavour (mayo) with a 'salt' flavour (the beef). Apparently some chinese asshole decided 2 thousand years ago that sweets and salts cannot be mixed, so a great number of things will just never be made in China. This isn't just one thing either, they have all kinds of rules for governing what can be mixed. For some reason, pork and potatoes also cannot be mixed. People stared at me as if I ordered a plate of dogshit when I finally got the point across that all I wanted was a bowl with pork, potatoes, garlic, and onions, and some fucking rice. I know you assholes HAVE those things, just put them in the same goddamn bowl! Holy fuck chinese cooking fucking sucks. Whats worse is they think they're known worldwide as having the best cooking. I mean they don't bother to stop with assuming they are the best cooks (they assume they are the best everything), they also assume the rest of the world agrees and acknowledges this fact. |

This actually did make me hungry, and I'm not a fan of sourcream at all.
The writing was good and funny, my only one peev was that you had a very wide margin which required the tiniest amount of scrolling.
The idea was also extremely original, and I'm thankful that your non-perfect comprehension of English didn't stop you from writing this one.

| Personally, I think Eggplant is pretty high on the "Looks like penis" heirarchy of vegetables. It's just not as popular as say, carrots. Because it's uncommon. If it were common in, say, the states, you'd have vulgar comics where snowmen found out that they didn't have wangs and went into the kitchen to get an eggplant. |
