I linked my reports from "Angelfire", why did they not load? and where can I safely link pics from? I used the <img "XX"> Line

In order to change picture files, you open them in one of those programs you mentioned that can open them. Then, you Save As a different file name. The save as window has a type selection down at the bottom where you can choose your format. As for hosting, there should be a report center guide around here, but learn to use the report center and your hosting problems will disappear. (All hail Johhny Vegas.)

There are numerous problems with the report. But I enjoyed it anyway. I'm giving it a 5 and secretly wishing for more undead tower rushing.
