Thank goodness all the pictures made it through this time... I tried to get some exciting shots, but I missed out on a few. I'll have to try this as an observer sometime and link the pics throughout.
Hopefully the gratuitous mention of hard and malt liquor made up for lack of shots in the mid game. |

| I thought that low ground cannons on the island expansions could be hit from the mainland. Maybe I am wrong but I think I have done it once. |

Hey Mark, no, I'm not 800 anymore...
I was back at 1044 and still like 6-9. But I had lost my first 7 or 8. Some of them were 3 way dances though, and my first win was a 3 way dance with my rating really low, which vaulted me back up again...
I hate losing... but I'm trying to play ladder to meet a better quality of player and still have a chance of winning some. |

| Great BR, I loved the edited pics. The hammer and the egg, lol. Hey, this isn't the place for it, but go to www.sclegacy.com, then downloads, and download the Battle.Net Filter. It filters out all of the hunters games, laggy games, and stuff, and doesn't lag you at all. Go grab it. |

As to whether or not seiged tanks can hit the edges of the island from the land? I'm not sure, but that's probably true.
All I wanted to do was prevent a sneak attack of about 2 shuttles with tanks, marines and a few scvs from being able to contest my island easily. If he was good enough to land, take out my cannons from the mainland, land again, take out my inner cannons, land again, and kill my expansion... well, he deserves to kill it. |

Nice report and well played game. You deserve every compliment you get and then some. I usually prefer to Tech to Arbiters after I've got the upper hand, which is something I rarely see done.
Seriously, I've seen maybe 5 Total Arbiters used in like 3 months. And 4 of them were by the same guy. (:.
Oh well, sometimes it's best to screw Tech and overdo it on the Basic fighting units and just Swarm. Which is kinda what you did and should have done, I'd imagine throughout the later part of the game you were mostly macro, with all them bases. (:. Later,

Actually I won with 8 Scouts, 12 Dragoons (some of which died), 6 corsairs, 4 Dark Templar, and 2 Reavers. I had some more forces at home that I forgot to use.
I do use arbiters in a tight game with lots of forces for stasis... and I used them in a 3 way to recall my carriers out of trouble after a wraith fleet killed off my observers and was attacking.
In this game, it would have been overkill.
