This report uses the word 'focus' more than an Olympics trainer and a freshman microscope lab put together, but is a moderately enjoyable read nonetheless.
Your prose is average. (Had to stop and reread a few sentences here and there when they started to run together.)
Your humor is average. (The BlM's archer prison and the spoiled undefeated record were chucklers, but overall there isn't much more than 'this focused this while that focused that', etc.)
Your graphic presentation is average. (The black background makes it better than the slapped-on-with-Elmer's-Glue look, but the clashing concept arts tend to distract from the actual game images.)
And your effort is, as always, of heroic proportions. |

I suggest you use White on Black, or change the BG color to like a Blue or Red. They tend to not scauld my eyes like Light Green Puke on Black, or Dark Red on Black.
Something about me made me not like it as much as I should. Maybe fileread screwed with my view or something... Whatever...

The report doesn't overlap, readjust ur desktop settings to 1024 by 768. Anyways great report, no real flaws. It was centered too much to the left. Green on white = no thx, white is much better. Nice job beating high level players, if you read his profile he bashes you. Anyways good report, good writing, nice pics; i dont think it was a tremendously good game, with it being one sided most of the time; but whatever.

I fixed the green on black, its white on black now.
And lurkerburger, you can have your 'image' back, i removed the lurker from the shot. This is as much tweaking as it will get, so don't bother with further suggestions. I have to start searching for a new game to report, after all. |

| Ok I fixed the alignments, turns out my "wysiwyg" html editor creates tables with absolute values for EVERYTHING so i had to resize the tables to fit the text. Anyone else get overlapping? |

Well, I'm not a BR genius....but images should be used to show more than just low life heroes running away or getting killed when they thought they were safe.
Game status with mini map is good, showing how armies are mixed/placed during the important skirmishes/fights is more important.
Also, showing base deployment in order to see if he has a good defensive build or straight offense etc.
Btw I'm not a good reporter but I AM a VERY good player and those are the thing I would put in a BR were I ever to make one. |

not a bad report, the concept art was often out of place, however. Also most of the br clustered around the left side of my monitor, which eventually drove me up the wall. Furthermore there were some issues with the writing, regarding repetition, primarily. On the whole, though, your idea regarding concept art isnt bad . . . it just needs a little work.
Good effort, however - I think this deserves around a 7.5 so here's an 8. |

Should be 8, sounds fair.
But there were a few flaws. For example, the spaces between paragraphs are too big, and as above, the conecpt art is out of place.
The whole thing feel like there's a huge chunk missing out of the middle and right. Use all of the space next time to avoid this.
Last but not least, giving credit to the art is okay, but its not okay when it takes up most of the alt text. :P
Good job, however. Solid writing and pictures. |

| the javascript doesn't work if its on battlereport's html. i only used it for the mouseover map in the beginning, but thats important enough for me to link it. as for the size, i made it 600 pixels wide for those using 600x800 res but no one must be using that anymore. from now on, 1024 x 768 all the way. |
