Score! Another EldritchEvil report! I went out and started borrowing my friend's mac comp just after reading this! Haha, you should seriously get props from Ambrosia for publicity to the game; it's great. This report, with it's help attached was great. Screenshots were very decent too, and Dilbert was just icing on the cake.

| MR. sHabbo, as a player of the EV series since June 2001, and reading all three EV boards every day, I can offer you advice. Yes, starting any major mission string, even the Vell-os is a n00b-ish mistake. You will run in to problems, in this case in one mission where you have to run a Moash blockade before being able to land there. I suggest you create a new pilot and get a Starbridge (or Mod Starbridge if you want) and put the upgrades you want on it before starting the Vell-os string. Yes, you will be able to kill Krane, but that comes first in the very last missions. |

#24: EE said on a tangent at the end that if you go with the Rebel storyline you will have the distinct pleasure of knowing that Krane gets disemboweled after the first Rebel mission.

Shabbo: Bwa ha ha. I love the Vell-Os storyline. My advice for you would be to buy a Pirate or Standard Valkyrie and just circle around the system to run the blockade. You get 4 Fed Carriers to help, let them take the hits. All you have to do is land to complete the mission.

| good report, read the 2nd one, downloaded the shareware version. played it a bit, read the other 2 reports, played it for another hour or 15, then decided to register it^^ since this was during the weekend, i managed to hit the end of the vell-os story line shareware limet and get quite a bit of the way though the polaris one before getting the code, which i just did, so ima go try it out registerd now, although i think it might be a bit before i try it on strict though, i have this odd habit of dieing from attacking the wrong things/having the wrong things attacking me. gj on all the reports. |
