You cannot change the background in a body tag in the report form. You must use a table tag of some sort.

If you didn't use the fileread command (enables the modification of reports after submission - see FAQ), then I'd modify the report .html and send it to webmaster@battlereports.com so that JV can fix the report up.

i read up to half then i stopped.. but i'll comment on the half that i read..
very few spelling and grammar errors (one of them you mistyped wind walk)
the game was ok nothing really special i guess but the thing that really got me was the pics.. they were 100% useless.. well not 100%.. maybe 90%?
pics are either suppose to help the read, show parts of the action, expand on words or help the writer express what he saw. none of your pics did that. the beginning pics were either too small to see the action or useless ones with an army tp-ing away. we don't need to see people tp-ing away, especially if we don't know WHAT tp-ed away. |

Anyway, good first report, as ppl said, pics were abit small and ye did have a few spelling mistakes, but i think its as good a first report as anyone can expect. Oh and i love the font :-P |

you have a habit of leading into us, the reader, into an epic battle and then ending it with 1 sentence or having them tp and run back to base especially in the end. the end is suppose to have a bloody, eventful, specific battle but you summed it up in a few words saying how a hero reaches lvl 6 getting their ultimate, it turns the tide, game over, gg.. see anything wrong with this? |

Not bad at all for a first report. I look forward to more from you. My only complaints would be the illegible writing inside this pics (I can't tell if the pics are good or not really, I don't have war3 =/) and also the few minor spelling errors, i.e. wak for walk, gol for gold, stuff like that. Thanks again Ender. This report is really just a test to see what I need to do to make my work better. With all the positive and negative comments, I think that I'll be able to make my reports alot better.

Further thoughts:
Pictures were too small, hard to see detail on what you're really referring to. Also, the font/effect on the text on quite a few of the pictures made it extremely difficult to read what you were trying to say - keep it simpler.
Finally there were quite a few spelling errors.. not too huge a deal to me really, but you might want to spell check it before you post it. I know back when I did BR's, I always previewed what it would look like, and read through it twice trying to place myself as a new reader, and check for errors, whether it flowed good, etc. |

Ok, a bit late but I hope you can still use some advice:
Just ignore people who rush into comments section, complaining about things without reading the previous comments.
A proofreader is damn nice.
Your pictures still have the interfaces of Warcraft, this can be edit away in any software (including Paint, yah!).
Your fancy 3D text might look good in another place, but when the colour is too bright, and the text is so "3D'ed" that you cant read it, don't bother with text. When you do use text, pick either black or white, or alternatively anything with contrast to the background. A semi-thick border around these makes them even easier. Also use borders around your pics, you dont even need graphic prgrams for that:

But, from my ignorant perspective of someone who has never made one, I wonder how hard could it be to submit using a color other then red. Notice that outside of the first paragraph he proceeded to call all the players by color anyways, so "color coding" each name is relatively insignificant. Sorry for the long read. I just thought it was a pain to read even when highlighted. |

Most of the major beefs have already been addressed. This is very good for a first report and I look forward to seeing how you improve. The writing could stand a little proofing, and as Ender mentioned, your buildups were drawn out so that the conclusions seemed too pat. The pics were worthless in their current form and you had too much fun with the different caption permutations. 6.5.

| One area of advise completely untouched: talk about stratedgy more. I had several burning questions that were never answered. Like how did teal lose when he had two expos almost the entire game? Did he not spend his money or did he spend money but lose to better unit matchups? Another question, is how did he lose if he had dryads? Why didn't he just abolish magic on the skeletons and the infernal (I don't know if you can abolish magic on an infernal). Did he try and not have enough mana? Or did he not try? Why did the undead guy go DK, what abilities did the heros use? |

Good point. Teal lost, imo, because he was far to agressive. He spent his money and had full upgrades. However, he was the one who attacked everyone and wiping them out. When he attacked yellow's expo, the towers combined with the Ghouls on his weak Dryads were to much, and most of his army was destroyed.
For your Dryad question, Dryads don't Auto Cast summoned units from what I can tell. At least, they never have when I've used them. And the Infernal can no longer be dispeled.
Yellow went DK because he helps keep the units alive in early game creeping, which I think is the best thing. The Death Knight had Aura and Coil, DL had Vamp and Sleep, Archamge had all of his skills, Pally had Divine Shield and Holy Light, DH had all of his skills at end (no mana burn at beginning), and PotM had all of her skills. |

Dryads dont auto on summoned units.
When facing Skeletons,I have wands of negotiation handy,and maybe some wisps, just for back-up.

| True, wisps are great Skele-killers, however, I'e found that many people don't use the Detonate ability. Its possible that teal did try, but since the wisp has to be in the middle of the area, it can get very difficult. |

Necros Skele is hard to stop if used correctly, as in, the Skeles are spread out across the battlefield and new ones are springing up from the units the Skeles were able to kill before being WoN.
Anti-Skele wisps is extremely hard to do for the average person (me), as I can neer get them in the right spot at the right time or i forget about the completely until its to late. |

I like to entangle, and just have the wisps run in there...bah,thats only if I have too much gold, throwing away wisps in early game is bad,unless it has a greater benefit |
