While that thing was loading up my modem (56K) jumped out of my comp and started attacking me for putting it through so much pain.

This was a very nice br. Great potential.
The pictures were actually not the highlight - I didn't like the constantly different borders, and the white speck stars weren't the best either . . . also . . . I didn't like the constantly changing text color. Some of the humour was a little off too . . . but other then that, this was absolute quality.
I'm thinking 8.5 . . . since I don't feel quite comfortable giving it the highest gold, I'm going with 8 :). |

Annoying only has one n in ur br. Anyways really nice I enjoyed reading it and it had my attention. The writing was refreshing, the humor could run dry sometimes but was nice, just like any other br. The font you used for the pics sucked. But thats okay. The pics were pretty nice, weird borders and shapes sometimes but really nice. Yea the constantly changing font color bugged me kinda.

I didn't notice many misspellings, though there were definitely some. The worst part, textually, was that you had a lot of run-on sentences. Periods > you.
Other than that it was a great report on a great game. I would have given a 9. |

This was a great report, It definitely deserved a 9 its very obvious you put alot of effort into this report. I enjoyed your writing and pictures and flash, sometimes though your animated gif or pictures would be of something simplistic like, NTT building cliff turrets and blasting a goon. I mean thats my only suggestion is when it comes to pics make sure its the most relevant piece of action.
Anyway good shit def deserved a 9 nice flash movie. If you wouldnt mind possibly trying to send me the flash or upload it somewhere i could download it. I need a flash program T_T

Uhhhmm, this report has a couple of problems. The flash wasn't that good, and could easily have been left out. IMO it donesn't count for or against your report, since the load time was so short. A advice for your flash: Use more contrast when working with text, I coudn't read half of it.
The constant color change gots to go. And I truly believe that report can be too long. This is one of them.
I have to admit I haven't read the entire thing, so I won't comment on the writing.
For what I've seen so far, this couldn't be a 9, but a 8 is fair vecause its obvious you worked incredibly hard with this. |

The fact that this is just my third could help for a nine :).
I dont mind, rating doesn't matter.
And for the flash, I didn't put that much work into it, just 20 mins. For you peeepo who think it's too long, you could just read some of it one day, and the rest the next day.

Fun stuff. Informative and entertaining work. I'd give it a 9. Potential of 10, but for some choppiness in the technical writing and language department. Layout, organization and design where excellent. Great game, and I don't mind at all it is an old replay.
With replays a BRer can skip the difficulty of finding a great game to obs live, which may be very difficult or impossible, depending on who you. IMO, doesn't matter anyway; a good enough author is able to create a fictional battle and generate screenshots to create a great BR. It's the author, not the particular battle or its source that makes a great BR. |
