hehe, ya that white bar was a my bad. I think it's because I forgot to close the "td" tag in the end, but oh well.
Btw some time ago, johnny did post that there was a way to edit your reports after they were submitted. It involved uploading a text file through the report center and then using some sort of FILEREAD tag or something along those line. That way you could edit your report even after it has been submitted. Does not really apply to this report though :) |

when you you use/get low/high upkeep?
you say 5 gold miners is enough, does that mean :
-more peons will not get you any extra money,
-more peons will get you very little extra money (same as enough peons in sc)
-more peons will get you equivalently more money, but you didn't want to spend more money on peons, you needed the money for attackers?

Ok, in asnwer to number 16:
Peons on gold in WC3 act similarly to peons on gas in SC. Since only 1 peon can be inside the mine at one time, the number of peons necessary is determined by the distance of the town center from the mine. If the distance is minimal, the number of peons you need is 5. Any more will not add any more gold.
On the other hand the wood peons resemble SC mineral peons, however they harvest quickly enough that you almost never need more than 5 of them harvesting.

awesome br, this really really interested me. Everything was done extremely well, a better game would probably get you a ten . . . as is, I'll give you an 8. I was actually leaning towards 9, but that just wouldnt be fair to all those great SC reports that taken about 2x more effort and got 8-9's ;).

| psychochild, unfortunately there is no way in hell your system is going to run WC3, even in the finaly release. You will most likely need at least 550-600 MHz to run the game. Voodoo 3 also isn't so hot a card :( |

omg i hate / luv u Raider!! :D I luv u for writing this report and telling me about even more of the great shit in WC3 that I hadn't found info on yet. What will the system requirements be?
It is important to us to make our games playable on as broad a range of machines as possible, and we do not see WarCraft III as an exception. We are planning on having a requirement of a PIII 400 system with a 3D accelerator card and 64megs of RAM. Currently, we are working on game performance and should be able to give more concrete information soon.
