I actually thought this was a fanfic or something, so I didn't read it right away. For what it was, I don't think it should've been in 2 parts. Anyway, this can't really be taken in comparison to other reports, as there aren't any others particularly like this one. I'm guessing that this won't be rated for a LONG time.
Personally, I reckon it's around a 7 or something. But I'm not a rater, so I actually read it. =)
