This needed more time put into it, however it was pretty good.
All I can say is:
1) Crop your pictures so as to leave out the black space.
2) The game wasn't smashing, so find a better one.
3) Most people make even short games sound long, but it seems you made a long game short. Make it sound as long as it was, or longer.
4) Border your pictures, plzplpzplz

Well, I've said it before and I'll say it again: dammit, MAKE YOUR REPORTS NETSCAPE COMPATIBLE!! Do you have any idea how difficult it was for me to get this on my screwed, messed up explorer browser??
That's enough ranting. After having spent 50 minutes trying to get this br to read, I will now say that . . . hm, well, it could've been substancially better.
There's one really good thing in this report: the text, which is wonderfully written. Unfortunately, there wasn't nearly enough of it. And the game wasn't exactly great. The images also left much to be desired, as the above commenters pointed out. In fact, I think I won't bother to repeat everything that Flare said above, so just pay heed to those comments, they're solid and will help you make your next report a million times better.
Sadly, this is a reluctant 5 in my book. Still, that's not so bad. |

| Thanks. That game was actually a 30min long game... I would post a replay, but then people would pick up on something I didn't. Dag, sorry about Netscape compatability, but I have a 2gb hard drive. I can't squeeze netscape on here. |

Two factors need to be looked at for this report.
1}The game was short with a lame ending
2}Very few "Action" pics, it seemed that most of the pics didn't really serve to display any of the skirmishes.
This was a par report that could have been better. The writing was good as Dag said, but your pics didn't seem to aid your text. |

Hmm, it seemed like you are a good writer, with good picture capability, but just didn't have the enthusiasm, or the game, that was worth BRing. A better game with more text would most likely go gold, and as....Final? *scrolls up*.....Final said, crop the pictures. A problem I had with my second report.

OMG, how can you be exhausted after a lousy half-hour game? That's just pathetic.
As for the report, you made a half hour game sound 5 minutes long. Embellish, man, embellish! :) The pics weren't bad (but try and keep your cursor out if you can), but not really action pics (praise be to the Replay - now you can go back and get the good ones you missed). The text was fine but you skipped so much of the game. Perfect example - one paragraph you talk about the wraiths coming and popping 'lords, and how the zerg's throwing down an ebay. Two paragraphs later the hydras are 2/3 upgraded. Those kind of big gaps are really bad in a BR. |

Was this vanilla? Was this a game? Don't give us screenshots unless they help the games flow. Might as well go all text from the screens you showed us. Do better games, explain more about the game, talk about why you though each player did his particular strat. HELP!
