Not a chance, i think that game was a 'freindly' type practce game. I'd BR the NTT vs Smuft on NNWO gladly, and i have several other stuff by PRO's, but i prefer to report on people i know in the community who will benefit more out of the report.
Maybe though, i'll keep it in mind.

This could have been a text only and I would have still thought 9, I just glanced at the pictures really. They did add a little, but you didn't rely on them to tell the story, which was great. I really liked this BR, keep up the good work!
The only mistake I found was "and with the loss of a few cannons the attack is repulsed with a few cannon losses."
Apart from that, I have no complaints. Only reason I don't say 10 is, well, it's missing that special something 10s have in them.
After reading that, I'm thinking of re-writing the report I'm currently working on. |

Great text, Its more than just proper English, You made this BR fun to read which is the true mark of a writer... I enjoyed everything from alt-text to pics to text in general, And the detail was astonding... Ive never seen micro described ihn such detail. Did you watch this game like 50 times in the making of your report...? Either way... Small grammar, Flow, And spelling errors lead me to say 9.5 on this one. Thx for the great read... And OMFG... i always write my reports in a .html first so i dont need the preview button. =]
in notepad all you have to do is click on save as then show all file types and save it as x.html with x being whatever you want to call it. just dont forget all the <html><head> blah blah crap.

Wow, very impressive. Great work, I was drawn in by your writing. One thing I would suggest, though, is maybe use more minimaps (although that's just my preference).

Very good report. The pics complemented the text nicely. Gj on the first battle too. I did notice some grammar and spelling mistakes (the "psionic" one was pointed out):

I would have to say that Deon didnt do his job very well (hope you didnt pay him ;) ) but I did enjoy reading it. You did say, though, that it was a pretty even battle through much of the game, but from the text I got the feeling that Fox^1 dominated throughout. More storm pics needed?? I think you just explained his attacks more in-depth than knights. Anyhoo, gj :).

On a side note:
I believe that my latest BR didnt even get a fair chance from anyone because it was on BGH. This really shows how biased ppl that come to this site are and why new battlereporters are few and far between. A strong facet of the SC world play BGH, and I think its just plain silly that ppl are so close-minded with their opinions that they cant enjoy a good report (the 2 ppl who actually read my whole BR said it was good). The obvious word that comes to my mind, even though its a little strong and out of place, is prejudice. |

| I freely admit that when I first came to this site, all I had previously played was BGH. After reading report after report played on "Lost Temple", I had to check it out. I was impressed for awhile, but I, like most Americans (according to Hollywood) enjoy violence. I crave carnage. Starving someone for resources doesnt impress me. Dropping a mineral line doesnt impress me. Good tactical moves, but borderline boring. I like to see 10 hydras under darkswarm kill a fleet of carriers. I like protecting my choke with 5 upgraded temps, storming the shit out of everything that comes their way (eventually losing, but who cares about that anyways). I also favor macro vs micro and BGH gives me all of these things. |

| Well, since I'm tired, its 2 am, and work is almost over, I will try to sum up. Having an open mind is a wonderful thing. Even though I have read 4747589595 reports played on "Lost Temple", I never presume to think I wont enjoy a BR because of the map it is played on. Hell, you could play SC on a big fat hairy ass, and if the writing is good enough, it will still be enjoyable. I also think br's from different writers (what most ppl whine about) would be more forthcoming if ppl knew they werent going to be shunned and ostracized for their efforts. |

P.S.S. I also realize that it is the discretion of the website to host/promote/post whatever they deem worthy of their site. Thats fine, but trying to represent SC as a whole (which, by allowing anyone to post, screams this) and then not giving a fair shake to what you dont like seems rude and somewhat ignorant. I would rather my BR be picked to pieces and me made a fool of, then noone at all read it due to some petty presumptions. |

The writing was good, if a little hard to follow in a few places... you should replace some of your commas with periods. I'd like to know what font that is (Tahoma?).
The pics were funny, and I loved that one big composite pic you made of the 3 min-only, it was a nice panoramic view.
Better than an 8, I'd say, at least an 8.5. And how is "Lifetime Rating for Ling-erie: 8.0000"?

I agree whole heartedly. I thought your report was excelent, far better than a lot of the crappy gold/silver reports... I believe whoever rated it, probably did read it, cuz a 6 isn't a horrid rating, though it deserved an 8 or 9 or 10... The majority of the comments proved what you are saying: Most people ignored it, either looked at it, but didn't read it, or just didn't bother at all... And that isn't just the assholes who did it either (Khas, Joe, etc)... But some of the cool people even ignored it too (everyone else). I'm shocked.

I like the detailed level of reporting. Reminds me of mark4 type of description.
Missed a couple of things like "Fox never saw 6," when in fact he had scouted it with a dt. Also when Knight broke out he had very few troops left so Fox didn't really have much of a problem fending off the counter. |
