that is not an "oddly" placed depot, it increases gas production slightly and is used quite often... |

| To #4, from what I hear (and it seems to work for me) it enables 3 gas workers to work as fast as 4, when w/o the depot the 4 go slightly faster. |

I know what it feels like to get flamed and don't sweat it. Just next time spell check, get photoshop 5.5 (demo), and try to make your words flow.(with the force!) If the pictures turn out bad just make it a non-pic BR. Also only br games that are at least 30 min long. (Well thats what i think is a good time) If you need more help, read some of the old battlereports.

This report blew and the text was too wide for my monitor so I had to typewriter back and forth for every line.

When the town hall building is below a geyser, peon units come out of the left end of the bottom of the geyser. The peons then have to travel diagonally to the town hall (which is farther than from the right end). Four peons are then needed instead of three.
Building a supply depot blocks off the three leftmost exits on the geyser and leaves only the closest one open.
In the early game, one more peon to get minerals gives a slight advantage. |

I didn't read cuz it looked short, and my computer is having lag fits...
Anyway, from what I did glance at. I see some potential in your reports, your images looked somewhat blurry but they have potential too.
Top 5 suggestions for you:
-More pics
-Spellcheck
-Describe more, make the report a LOTTT longer
-Don't be shy to spend time on making it look good.
-Write more! You'll get better and better. |

First off, that pic of lost temple was gigantic. There is not one person that visits this site that does not know what the map looks like, so you don't need such a big picture, size it down to alteast half the size next time.
Your BR consisted of two paragraphs, the second jumped back and forth from each player every sentence, and therefor got confusing.
Next time find a game that has more action, and isn't one as one-sided, or try and make it seem less one sided atleast. Pick a longer game too. (Check my first report, many of the same mistakes as this one).

Also, ignore the flaming and all that, just try again with a better game, and some better pictures (the few you had didn't show too much). Plus, try to fix up your paragraph structure, to much info in that single paragrap, which jumped around a lot.

isnt much i can say that hasnt been said...
get a better game - i can NOT stress that enough. if YOU think it was a good game, then thats a problem, because those who read it didn't get that impression. work on details alot! the final battle was like "and then he pushed and then some zealots came which can be seen in the first picture"
that leads me to pictures. they were not bad, they were clear and showed the scene well. the problem was, you chose to show some scenes far too much and others far too little. the map was WAY too big and the battle scene didnt have 1 pic?
ok enough critique.. i liked the effort you showed so ill give a 4

Stupid text thing is old and annoying, don't do it again. The report was ok, but too short. No detail except of builds and basically it just bored me. Sorry, but try harder, get a better game and spend more time writing in the detail.

You tried, I can see that.
Like many said, you sortof did too much on that temple pic, but thats ok, you can still fix that, just do this, make that same pic, exact same pic, except of course, make it smaller, like 50% or so (like someone up there mentioned), then, what you do is re-upload so it overwrites the old one, and there you are, your main pic is fixed and is much easier to read the rest of the report.
Many people are sortof getting on ur case on that, so im helping you fix it.
As for the report, it was ok... Ok... to be honest, I was not impressed, but don't take that as an insult, many people will say "man you suck ass" like squad, but forget that, just work it, work it, ignore when people take no time at all to comment on a report of yours when you take so much time of your self to make them enjoy it. Work at it.

A pretty good effort, but it could use some refining. The text was hard to follow because it cosntantly flipped between the combatants, as in:
A did this. B does this. A then did this. Now B does this.
In cases like this, only use the above form in battles where things are happening all at once. When the pace is more relaxed, group the actions together better.

Now we know your not going to spend 5min. on this report right? Cause its your grade. So why not do the same here? Treat it as if your grade depended on it. |

I was then struck by lightning, and the power went out. I can assume from what I saw of the game that both players sent their peons at eachother head on. As we all know, tanks, bunkers, marines, dragoons, and zealots can do nothing when faced with peons. It's probably a waste of time even considering a win for either party since it was an obvious draw. But if one person were to have won, I'd say it was me. I'm the man.
