okay, i gotta bone to pick. this report was attractively put together, the colours work well, the writing is legible and vivid. It tells a story. so why does it not scream "9" to me?
why does it seem literally overrated? was it the creativity that makes this an effort just short of excellent? someone explain that rating to me please. maybe my concept of an 8, 9, or TEN battlereport is skewed. i thought these grades reflected excellence and this report does not strike me as such.
dref, no offense. i heartily enjoy your reports and maybe one day i will find myself in your newbiekilled column. but this report was Not the shit!

I dunno, but for some reason, I found this almost painful to read. Maybe it was just that it was razor thin all the way through. But the fact is Dref tried to play a newbie, and he would up facing someone decent, and he got hammered. It was a good almost ping pong kind of game but...I dunno it just didn't jump out at me like other Dref reports. Sorry but compared to his other reports, this is slightly lackluster.

I'm not sure you could have been true to your vision of one of each unit for the Protoss. After all, you need two templar or DT for the two Archons. So at some point in time, you'd have to double-up in order to continue.

| I used to agree that raters rated each other unfairly, but I have come to realise I wouldn't care even if that was the case. Drefsab wrote over 50 reports and every one of them is worth your time to read. He has contributed more to this site than anyone who bitches about him getting scores too high. So he's earned it. |
