u talked about the strat where when 6 lings are hitting on a zealot u suround and stuff and move 1 ling back after it gets "1 or 2 " hits
would u actually try to micro "1" ling back ? thats like impossible

| racist, "korean hacks in the air", my god, hacks are used in all countries and as far as manners goes, i have found Americans(I am American) to be annoying immature and newbie-ish for the most part, even though people hack, so many more just suck and wouldnt know the difference between a hacking player and one who didnt(not saying you). Its smart for a random zerg to not send his ovie from 6 to 9 or vice versa vs a chosen toss because unless he is rushing what use is there in scouting that spot first so that if toss is there he knows it right away and can try and rush you? If you play bnet ladder you are just asking for lamers =[ the speed sux so much anyway it will throw you out of sync when you play any real games |

hey great report Mark... wow I can feel my protoss getting better; my 'force' growing. I am very glad you are bringing back the AQD3 Ladder series, I love these things.
Now that you are getting back into competitive playing, if you have any good games planned, let me know, so I could watch or BR.
I'm torn between an 8 or a 9 for this report, because the games weren't very good, but I really learned some stuff from reading it. Well its not like my rating matters anyways :P

Report raters are automatically in as replay raters if they want to be. It wont be quite as prestigious or have as many perks cuz I plan on letting most people do it.
znzf, micro 1 ling back. microing 3 back defeats the purpose, it means u would be doing less damage. It can be done on fast, and what else were you going to be doing during the battle anyway? Don't try to get all the lings safely back, just do it as you can. If you don't stretch your micro and try to practice these little tricks you wont get better.
as for ".", my personal experience is that koreans are more likely to hack than americans. Forged over hundreds of ladder games, this is my opinion. I also stated that I had good reason to suspect that my opponent was NOT hacking in the game. I would normally expect to see at least one overlord with my scouting probe if I didn't find the enemy base in the first two places I scouted tho'. I was just a little pissed at that point cuz I'd taken a risky tech strat vs a random player who turned out to be zerg, and that was the basis for my even thinking the uncharitable thought that he might hack. |

| Well playing ladder of course you wlil find more korean hackers since koreans are the vast majority of the ladder players. When u used term korean hacks it just sort of implies, at least to me, that koreans are responsible for hacking programs and such, that hacks are by nature korean |

game 2: 1v1 tvz on temple me z, bad micro on my part, was gg
game 3: i join, he instantly starts and pics p, first thing he says "i have many hacks" "you dead you terran" 5 seconds into the game, now this isnt the first time i have played a "hacker" so i just go about my business, going metal, laying down mines, he brings 2 goons and completley avoids every single mine, that is gay, anyway, to make a short story shorter i rape him

| The only hack that I can truly attribute is the 1.04 map hack distributed by tgfn.com. Just to be clear I have had strong reason to suspect that about fifty percent of the koreans I played hack. Strong reasons, such as expansions that mysteriously have all thier drones missing when I go to reaver drop but when I scout thirty seconds before or after are fully operational. Vs american players, I get that strong feeling about 25% of the time. |

Mark some things that would have been better choices in all games. Except dire cus you being the old slow virgin man that you are could beat me on it.
In game 2 when you want to gas vs random here is a good build.
8pylon (scout with probe)
10-11gate
gas at 11
core as soon as gate finshes
pylon at 15
then get a zeal and continue with probes
after you first zeal finshes build another
and start a stargate and a cridel when you have the money
take your first sair across the map to his main ignoring the ovies around your base. (you can get them after)
after you hurt his ovies awhile just expand and get storm
add about 3 more gates well your nexi is building or add them after
if you want you could get cannons now about 2 to storm the hydra rush with ovie support unless you have good zeal/temp micro
also when your exp warps in get gas first so you can have about 5-6 temps w/1 storm each.
after that its basically eithers game.
In game 3 you could have taken 2 probes to his main its really kills drones much faster and then your zeal will also get more kills. 2 probing and dbl 10 gating works very well.
anyway nice job when you get up to 1100 I want to ladder you :P im 1101 4-0 on ComfyTeddyBear

Astic, do you usually have any problems holding with that 1 gate tech route, or is it just that most zergs wont make lings until they feel threatened? I'll try that 2 probe thing next time I'm in a 12:3 PvZ game.

Yes I always hold. Zeals give you enough time to get dt.
When I played mr.x in that matchup he tried expanding 4 times really fast with little troops figuring I would turtle.
If they do that shit Just skip the templar all together and go 6 gate zeal and eventually goons and temp.
You can usually take out everything except maybe the natural. But you can still pressure it and by the time he breaks out of your mass zeal you have a goon of goons and temps and 4 more expands.

game #1 4ffa on lt, i do a nice expand + tech build, figuring no one waS dumb enuff to rush. needless to say, i get rushed by a zerg, who basicly went mass zingy =(
game #2 another ffa on lt, someone rushes like everyone with ~6 zings, i beat off the attack then go kill him, unfortunately the one player who no one attacked went mass mutas, and 12+ mutas > 3 hydras and 50 lings =(

I'd be happy to rate replays, when I used to have cable I went to all the Korean sites and watched their avi's. Now that I have 56k I can't :(. But rest assured that I would watch and rate every replay you get up here =)
As for the games, sweet pvz ownage. I personally hate that matchup with a passion, the fast expand to hydras always owns me :(
