Damn a good player like Mr.X lost PvZ, kind of depressing to wannabe good players (like myself). Ah well once when the replay function is in, it will be cool to watch them play and maybe spot mistakes they made that you can avoid.

BTW PsiKilla the Zerg in this game played excellent, it wasn't just Z>P. Whear is a great player, and he very well used the advantages zerg have over toss, and also the lack of defense at Mr.X base while he was attacking.
ZvP isn't autowin, it's pretty hard to defeat a fast player that has a lot of templars. |

Besides, I thought the report was excellent. Zerg may had the game, but toss made valiant effort to cut down the economy, and I really liked the idea that the battle is back and forth. . .I give this 9. |

I like this series. Good players, good strats, and not too fancy a coverage to spoil it all. Come 1.08 i'd still rather have your br's than watch the replay, i'd miss a lot of stuff ;]

| Astic my dancing at the start didnt do much good and any money he spends on cannons he cant spend on gates or zeals. At least in my experience the dt/sair thing does not work when you see it coming because you have nothing early so zerg can power up hard, that game however i underestimated Mr.X's agressiveness i thought i could contain with just hyrda instead of lurk so it cost me, Mr.X plays that sair/dt strat alot better then most |

This was excellent just like the others. The game was pretty close and back and forth until whear got 6 then it was over. I knew whear would win just because he had about 80% of the map and mr.x had to distance mine... its just logic that whear would win but mr.x did a great job holding his own until the inevitable came.
This is a 9-10 report and this series is really helpful to players like me that lose games due to forgetting little stuff that costs us games. And you cover all those little things in these reports, so when we go out and play, we wont forget em.

| Whear I basically usually get the cannons (1-2) just so I remember to upgrade basically :-< also the cannons allow me to skip a bit of zealot production (only get 3-4) and get temps and add more gates. Since I usually have 4-5 templars with 1-2 storms each I always live the first attack, then go aggresive :) |

Great job Breeze. BTW I have set up a bunch of games with really good players. In a way you started this. Everyone worshipps your no mercy series. not because of the graphic art, but because of the players in it and the good text quality.

Well, I am more inclined to read a report if it has less pretty pictures. I am also more inclined to read reports with good players, as the games tend to rely more heavily on good tactics rather than a newbie's/novice's mistake. I read the whole thing.
(On another note, I'm also more inclined if the map is NOT Lost Temple, but... that's just me... ;) |

Although you've only written a few "Teaching" reports, I've found that you manage to include strategy description in most of your reports anyways. For these, you removed the flair and flashy graphics, but there's still a great battlereporter behind them. I like that.
Well covered and written. I think your ability to describe the thoughts and tactics behind the methods of great players will help a whole lot of people improve. As always, it's the details that run the show; you delivered.
I think the extreme right bottom corner of [o]Mr.X's plateau might have been a better place to hide his tech. The bottom left isn't far from the minerals at all, and IMHO is easily spotted by an attentive scouter.
An excellent job on the report. Don't hold up No Mercy 3 for too long; the stage is set for a fantastic game and I'm looking forward to seeing it in all of its 3D-rendered and Flash-choreographed glory. =) Flair and flashy graphics have their place.
Keep up the good work. You are HOF material.

Ok, now for some constructive critics...
Great coverage on Tactics and general strategy, even every individual battle is incredibly well described. In every move written down you can feel the gosuness of each player, and learn quite some of their "way of the warrior". So, the title of this series is completely justified.
I also love the no-nonsense-just-the-facts style of BR, which make Breeze top of my personal HoF.
And about that no one reading the actuall BR anymore, but just checking the pics... A great deal of that problem was caused by reports with overwhelming flash anims and tons of pics... So Breeze is also (if not mostly) to blame :)
However, this series is very encouraging, in a way that it's only 444kb... Perhaps some might finally check out Breeze's reports for the text, and stop writing " OMFG, that's the best BR EVER, FLASH, PICS, FLASH!" Kinda annoying...
For Breeze loves to make BR as he makes them for himself and for you... not for raters and flash lovers. (i guess)
I know, it's completely off the subject, but i had to let it out...
The only thing i would like to see in one of upcoming Breeze BR is a report of his own game... I'd love to see if he can still write a report where he favors no side if he's actually on one side :)

personally I like these kind of reports the best. I don't like 2v2 reports, or 4v4 or huge ffa reports. Pics are nice, but only when informative. Too many people use BRs now as a way to spread inside jokes and show off flash.
Anways, these reports go back to what real content means. I like these a lot, and pictures are great when used in conjunction with good content, but the content is what fundamentally matters.
