Hmm, I looked at your source. Some of your problems stem from <br> tags in the middle of your <font> tags. Also, did you do this in notepad or did you type it directly into the BR text box on the submit page because your quotemarks (") look like big black squares to me... :(
As for the report itself, 2v2s are hard enough to follow without pictures. Lack of pictures only compounds this problem. I'll go with a 4 here.
