No, i liked this a lot, not because it was written by mark4 hehe, just that i like those games with short rushes in the beginning with probes and drones, it makes it all the more intense cause there is usually no pause in the action and one small mistake can cost the game.
I think Sling should of cooled it a bit instead of wasting 4 drones and going on 2nd attack, maybe he should of waited a little after his first rush with a control group of zergings or 2 hatch speed lings ? just a suggestion.

about short rushes, i was learning protoss and my friend was learning zerg, he tries to early rush me, i fend it off with probes and 1 zealot while my scout probe at his zerg base does the most damage because while the zerg was concentrating in attacking my 1 zealot and probes, my scout probe was happily killing off a couple of his mining drones hehe
he was like "wtf" when half his drones were gone, and asked if i had the probe there on purpose. well i was panicked in dealing with the zerg rush, i didnt know my probe that had been clicked to 03:00 to scout, just stayed at his zerg base automatically targeting his drones :) |

After a little review, I decided my reader's eyes were more important than trying to come close to the in game colors.
And for all the criticism of Hawk, let me say this. He may have been an arrogant jackass for a while, but 1)I think he was mostly kidding and 2)He can back it up. I get the same feeling watching him play as I used to get watching Ghost play "this kid will own me someday." Heck with D2, that day has probably already come and gone. But there was a definite sense of seeing someone who can play with the best when I watched Hawk....I probably should have been nicer to him when he was a newbie stalking me and asking to watch games =]. |

Thanks for the compliments, that was a hell of a game, really fun. Well if you play protoss vs zerg alot you gotta learn a way to win, microing is a must. You eventually learn how to make them follow one zeal while another one chops into them. Mark4 described it the best basically with the pull the damaged one back then put it back in when they target different ones.
Little things like that go a long way vs zerg, learn that.
BTW mark you were fine to me before hehe, you let me obs some. I did 7 pylon 9 two gate, probe whenever you can.
The cannon thingy I did last night was wrong, it was supposed to be 8 pylon 10 forge 11 gate.
That's how it works, hehe sorry.

WOMAC is exactly right! 44th MED BDE also sounds familiar, but I don't think that is it. I believe that the actual unit that works there is called WAMC. I think there is a separate Battalion that is assigned to the hospital too.
