ACK, i just noticed this report has a similar title to one of Fox^1's. Well this has been worked on before i had noticed, so plz dont accuse me of copying or anything. And sorry if it takes a long ass time, but plz wait and read, its alot better when its ...done.

Not a bad report, but not a great one either. The background didn't work for me, and so whenever AOL's name came up it was white on white. The writing wasn't terrible either, but it lacked detail and humour. The pics were generally overdone, and although they had a decent amount of action, they were over used. Also, don't center everything, wrap text around little images. Didn't sound like a terrible game either, although the players weren't amazing.
Finally, I think the 1 unit taking on a whole bunch, and some little caption has been done by several authors already, losing it's shock value.

Yeah where the hell is my background. Well like i said it was realy hard to get a game going, so i tried to tie in the thing about learing, and use it as sort of a strategy, like if u need it. I think i want to mess with it some and maybe repost it...

Umm... Background didn't work here either, so AOL's name was white-on-white. I suggest not using an image background. And text wrap too. Don't center either.

Hi scarab, nice job. You picked a pretty good game to report on and you did a good job of depicting the action.
Just some suggestions for next time... (keep in mind that they are simply suggestions).
You had a lot of good pictures in there but very little text to explain what was going on. I didn't have any trouble following the action, but keep this in mind... Text loads a lot faster than pics and you can explain what is going on in much more detail.
Another thing you might want to try and avoid is the centering of your text. Centered text just doesn't look right and makes your report tougher to read. Stick with left justification. That can pretty much be said of any type of writing.
Finally, in order for your background color to work, you need to put your battlereport into a table. This is the code I use at the beginning of my report:
<table width=550 cellpadding=3><td bgcolor=000088>
And of course, if you choose this course, don't forget the </td></table> at the end of your report so browsers besides Explorer can see your report.
Anyway, hope the suggestions help you. You definitely showed some good potential with this report.
I'll go with an 8 here.
