Where should I start. You had a no rush rule. The other guy lost even though you let him expand. He lost badly. Your writing was decent, but you had very grey details.
Half way through the BR you said I failed to mention I had zealots and goons being produced. What keeps you from backspacing and adding that in the report so it sounds better?
It shows me that you didn't try very hard to make this report good. It's better then some of the stuff we get at this site. Basically you just need to try harder.

| I have pictures (about 11). I'm just not sure how to use them...I didn't think after hitting submit and when it takes you to the picture uploading site that it would actually submit the report. Should I resubmit the report with pics? |

| Pictures tend to add a few points to a BR ... lord knows mine would be 4s if I didn't have at least one pic on there. Wait until next time, there's many a good fight to be had out there. |

I 1-upped all you guys. I read the first sentence and realised this was not very well composed since he provided no details of the players etc. I did find something which was sorta interesting at the end though:
"Expanding early is fine if you think you'll be able to handle it, but it's also a good idea to expand when you're ready."
Hmm, Isn't expanding early if you can handle it, The same as expanding when your ready?

Hmm... I can't seem to comment on Mark's BR at all, so I figured I'd go up the list a bit.
Well, I guess something had to break up the 5 straight gold reports we had gotten. And this was it, But, the report wasn't ALL that bad. It probably deserved a four, but at least your writing was good. You need some more detail in a lot of places, and HTML and/or pics would be a very good idea. I also had a problem with the lack of ANY intro what-so-ever. You could at least set up the game going on, give the other player's name, say if it was a pubbie game or if it started with you spamming for a game in a channel, etc... But, let's get to the equation

Decent writing
=4-5 rating. Work on it a bit, and you could do a lot better. |
