I'll hold off rating until I'm sure that I'm not missing a part or two.

Your grammar, punctuation, spelling, etc. seemed to be ok. You just need more of it :) I've seen games that were this short in actual time it took to play them, that were about 5 times or more longer in BR length. You need to add mucho more description to the battles. Since you weren't one of the players, you cannot use that for your excuse. So next time you are involved in reporting a game, take notes notes notes. Give details such as build orders in the beginning, upgrades done on units, any spellcasting used....these things add to BR scores.
ScreenShots help immensly as well. You obviously have the ability to create good graphics (as demonstrated by your "title pick"). Read the guide to html use located on this website. Try to include SS's to help tell the story, not in place of text though.
I think the rating has gotten a little scewed as of late. A rating of a 7 should be reserved for those reports that you (as raters) want to see in the "gold reports" section. This is not a gold report. It is a decent (if not short) attempt at a first report. This is the type that, to me, deserves a ranking of 4 to 5.5. Anything more really starts to take away the meaning of a "gold report".
