A confusing report, not helped by you sometimes calling one guy Dragon and at other times Plat. More details would have been nice and a better game would have been great.
Some parts just seemed strange, like Dragon scouting teacher and then putting down a pylon and 2 gates once he'd found Teacher? Did he scout with a starting probe?
It's best to read reports of games which demonstrate good strategies and skillfull moves so that people can learn from them.
