Besides, look at the 2 nukes Praetor got off, and the fact that I didn't make Praetor pay for having an empty base and no detection. Also lets add the fact that I kept walking into spider mines. hehe |

Understandable Johnny. I'm starting to hate this name, since it makes me seem like a SC addict (instead of a social SC'er =). I actually had this name back in the days of War2, which goes to show I'm a history freak like the naming commission (or whatever) at Blizzard. If you want to know what an Archon was on Earth, I can tell you =).

Cool report. Yeah...you actually had the handle Praetor way before Starcraft came out, while you're on that subject. Tiamat was a Babylonian goddess, Archon was a greek councillor.
To WHOOP: Nope, the record # of comments is 45 or 50(forgot), a match between Mark4 and Heartcutter.

It's the Sumerian creation myth, where she opposes an upcoming god and supports the old order, she fights with evil beasts (see a connection here) And yeah, the Archon is a greek councillor. Praetor is one step down from the counsul in the Roman Republic, and led the feared Praetorian Guard in the Roman Empire. Star Trek also used it for the Romulans in the original series. I had the name since Warcraft 1. |
