| My god that report was beautiful. I love how the snowy background mixed with the pics almost making all the pics part of the background (I'm sure that is what you were aiming for) This was truly a good game too. Excellent graphics, great story, great writing. I'd say this has got to be close to a 10 as you can get. Hopefully the raters will think so too. Good job Dag, much better than I can do, stupid HTML, I just don't understand it. |

Back from class and I read the report now :) It rules! Awesome job Dagomar. High quality players, not one-sided, good tactics... all great. I do think that team green woulda won if they had cooperated better :(

Alright, now, um, yes I was aiming for most of the pics to blend in with the snow. Also, with regards to the spelling errors and excessive use of adjectives, I'd disagree. I only used more adjectives at some places to add a more poetic effect. If you don't like it, sorry =)
Probe, you sure are being a real pain these days. You spam everyone's reports, saying how they suck and rating them very bad. I think that report that you got a 9.3 on shoulda been a 6; not enough substance and tons of spelling reports. hehe now you know how it feels ;)
Sid, thx! Glad ya liked it! Fox, I know I'm awesome ( lol ). Hey I wouldn't mind the HOF right now ( hehe ). I won't be on tonight, but maybe Saturday night I will. Elendale, glad ya liked it, I do think Team Green could and should have won. Sqi should have expanded way more, and they should've banded together to kill that early hatch.

I liked this report, it was very well written and some great screenshots with minimaps to keep up on who was doing what.
I do have a beef with the background. I don't have as much of a problem with the pictures blending into the background (although that is slightly annoying) as I have with the white text on a white background. Even though the background was more gray than white, you really shouldn't go with white text on a snowy background. That's just my opinion.
Other than that, great job<i>!!</i> A very good read.

First of all, Talon, WTF, is that all you can say? Why comment in the first place then? I've always at least commented in a useful way to your reports, that comment was just idiotic.
Second, Probe, OMG what a loser you are. LOL. You should really listen ( or read? ) yourself some day. I've been at this site longer than you have ( though not continually ), since September, and trust me I do care about the layout of my pics, which is why I'd give your report 6, tops, if you're lucky.

I'm finally in a battlereport, finally famous!
Just a couple of comments:
I lost because I never defended my main from a hydralsik drop, Sqi didn't have psi storm until 25 minutes into the game, This was the first team game I had played in about half a year. I never thought I had a chance at winning because I had just seen sqi get his ass whooped twice in a row by e-minor, I think... Oh.. and I never build tanks for terran, I usually go for mass infantry and ghosts, but I wanted to be gosu in this game :)
Anyhow, it was a great game, and Sqi, I can't believe you killed me you $$#%^$%^$%. Hope I play you again sometime.
Oh, and the war team (aka. our opponents, great game guys)

I'm not the only one who thinks that a black background with white font and neatly bordered pictures is not the only way to do it. The snow was nicely done. You should look into the functions of some picture editors though. There are ways to make it blend nicer. As for the font, I usually use dark on light backgrounds but I could read it fine so I say go with it. Also I like to put a nice black stripe down the center of my reports but thats just me.
