Careful on the reposts there. It is .Praetor because when it was _Praetor, the account got screwed up by Blizzard. And it was _Praetor because Praetor was taken on battle.net Since then, the . has stuck, and I wouldn't seperate it from the title.

Baxter, I was trying to do that. It's not too hard, when things are from the perspective of the Cereberate, but I want you to like it before I make it not so nice.

I tried to figure the situation the Cereberate would be in, but I'm not certain if I've managed to emulate actually different thought processes than a human would have in the same situation, thanks for your comment NotDefault.

Being the porn star that I am I was quite intrigued by the title of your report. I was more than a bit disappointed that your report did not delve into the direction I thought it might. But I should have known better coming from you, and your previous high quality clean reports. Good job on this one. I got a good mental image of what was going on about half way through. |

Good point Warphead, which is why I am emphasizing the loss of 'emotional' stability by the Cereberate. The Doom Dragon figure is filling the void previously served by the Overmind and Kerrigan. Almost the traditional "master or slave" stereotype.
I was hoping the title might get a few people of dubious taste to read the story, T.T.Boy, nice to see it worked. Unforunately, it only actually refers to the Zerg being the central component of the story.

| technically, yes. In fact, Blizzard has to say that to prevent other companies from being able to use the StarCraft storyline in one of their games. But you think they are going to come down here and shut it down. I think not. They wouldn't have made SC.org the offical map archive or whatever if they didn't like the SC.org fan fiction section. |

I've read a lot of science fiction during the years. Many by the greatest and most well known writers ever, and I have to say that this story is up there with the best of them.
The main character is well brought out and his dilemma will be an interesting read.
