Writing Battle Reports is a time consuming processes. I don't think Ducky should be "held" to writing a battle report about your game. Obviously you just want the glory of having yourself in a cool battle report.
If I tell someone I'm going to BR something, I might very well change my mind later on. Just tell me why I OWE you 5 hours of my life?

Ok, I was wrong in posting this still, but perhaps not as wrong as people got me to believe. Ducky did say he WAS going to report the game and got my hopes way up. On the other hand, I really didn't do anything for Ducky, so he had no obligation to do anything for me. Grrrr...
Anyhow, I'm still a horible person for posting this "report" so flame away.

Hmm, let me go out on a limb and share a little philosophy :-).
1) I think it was wrong for this to be posted, but everyone agrees, so let's not harp on this any further. WY even said that as the first comment, he was probably just really aggravated when he wrote this, and we all make emotional mistakes, right?
2) I think honoring your commitment is more important than anything else in the world. If (when) I've agreed to meet someone for dinner, then some cute girl later also asks me to dinner at the same time, I politely say No to the girl because it's more important for me to remain faithful to my word, no matter what the cost. Do you really think she'll like me if she finds out that I ditched someone else to go to dinner with her? Probably not.
Trustworthiness is a really big thing in my book: If you're not going to do something, don't say you will, or tell them "maybe." Otherwise, you forfeit any possibility of people being able to have faith in you. I think it's worth far more to have trust, than to have 5 hours in your life. Once you lose your reputation, it's hard getting it back... I have a rather large black list of players I don't let into my games even as observors, and I have many RL friends where their word means squat to me. Don't get into a situation where people view you like that, no matter how trivial of an incident it might involve.
Well, that's just my opinion, but I hope you guys can see some truth in this.
